If you're going to climb Mt. Aizu Komagatake, we recommend Komadori-san for the night before! !Close to Takizawa trailheadThis is an inn where you can always hear the soothing sound of the flowing river. The mountain cuisine was filled with love. The salamander tempura, a delicacy, was also delicious.Take a hot spring and sleep soundlyThe next day's climbing went well.I'll come back later! !

I stayed here to climb Mt. Aizu Komagatake. They were very considerate towards the climbers and I had fun climbing the mountain. The bento box they prepared was also delicious, and we had a fun lunch while looking out at the mountains. Dinner was also delicious, especially the soba noodles.

Hinoemada Village Minshuku Komadori,My first time eating deer meat as a wild game 🦌 The meat is soft and delicious. This rice 🍚 looks like it's about 3 cups (@ ̄ρ ̄@)!! ️Thanks to the 4.5 bowls, I ate my fill *\(^o^)/*It is said that rice could not be grown in Hinoedagi Village for a long time due to lack of sunlight (゚o゚;;There👆buckwheat was grown100% soba is famous❗️Maybe they didn't know how to use binder⁉️I don't know if it was because the flour was expensive. It seems that it has become 10% soba.It is called ``sai soba'' because it is cut without folding.2nd photo: It is said that it is made by kneading buckwheat flour with sticky flour, then baking it and eating it with sweet and fragrant sesame seeds.Fish marinated in koji🐟I'm glad I started a low-salt lifestyle on a daily basis 🎶I understand this tasteSalt-grilled char, a specialty of Hinoemada VillageI ate the whole head because the backbone was removed. It was delicious♪Here are the ingredients for tomorrow's pizza class🍕Use this as a sausage⁉️Try wrapping it in bread dough~I'm glad I brought extra bread dough!First piece of mountain food: salted mountain udon,2nd photo: If you climb a steep slope, you will find a guesthouse called Komadori. It's cold outside and I'm glad there's less snow in 2023 ♪It was delicious♪Thank you for the meal.I was able to take a leisurely dip in the hot spring ♨️.I'm glad I stayed at Komadori, a small private inn.
