The explanation at check-in was thorough and good.We are happy to offer dinner service from 18:30 to 20:30.As it happened, there was a wiener and fried egg service.The loungewear is comfortable. Amenities are located near the lobby.I can hear some voices in the hallway. Especially near elevators.

Exit the Gotemba Interchange, turn left at the traffic light, follow the road, and when you see the hotel on your left, turn sharply to the left and enter the hotel parking lot.The parking lot is large so there is no problem.The hotel is new so it's very clean.As soon as you enter, you will be at the front desk.Restaurant on the leftCurry service is available from 18:30 to 20:30.Sotzer and coffee service are available 24 hours on the right.The public bath is located at the back of the first floor, and is just the right size for 5 to 6 people.The coin laundry, vending machine, and ice machine are in front of the bath.Room wear and amenities are located in front of the elevator.There's mineral water in the refrigeratorDisposable slippers in the roombot, mugno phone in the roomWhen there is something to do at the front deskUse the phone next to the elevator.The alarm clock in the room is attached to a light stand, but it is difficult to figure out how to set it.I have posted a photo of the manual so please take a look.The staff all greet you properly and make you feel comfortable.Breakfast was ample and replenished frequently.There are several convenience stores nearby.Restaurants are also within walking distance.

This is the hotel I stayed at when I came to Gotemba Outlet.Beautiful and adult-like interiorGood access. The buffet breakfast was also delicious.The staff are also kind.I'm thankful for the large public bath ♨️!

The choice was by mistake, however it was one of the best "mistakes" we had on this trip, the rooms are very comfortable, the place is privileged for the view and I recommend the back part that does not face Mount Fuji (which can can be seen from any point in Gotemba) because the views and the peace they give are perfect. The WONDERFUL staff, super attentive and willing to collaborate with everything. Excellent breakfast. And I estimate the Onsen will be spectacular, I regret not having overcome my shame. SUPER RECOMMENDED
