The location is really good and the owner is also a nice person. However, it is no exaggeration to say that it is the dirtiest, smelliest, and worst-tasting inn of all the pilgrimage inns.Staying here for one night left me feeling very unwell.

Used for walking pilgrimage. Apparently it was the last reservation, so the room had no window and the TV remote control was broken and had to be operated manually. Pointing out that pointI answered, “Do you want to cancel?” He also replied, ``There's no way you can talk like that!'' This must be a common complaint to customers who point out the inconvenience.Owner then? There was an apology, so everything went smoothly. This inn is managed by the owner alone. On this day as well, there were 12 guests staying at the hotel, and I was helping each guest with their rooms, making meal arrangements, and doing other chores. How to speak to customers.I understand that one of the reasons for the rudeness, lack of explanations, and unpleasant impressions is due to the busyness of one-on-one operations. We are grateful for the location at the foot of Kamineji Temple. If this inn were to close, pilgrims would feel inconvenienced. In a sense, it is an indispensable accommodation.

I stayed there in October 2024 while walking the pilgrimage route. It's a perfect place to stay in preparation for climbing Kamineji Temple the next morning. The structure of the building is a bit complicated, but since there were only a few guests that day, the owner was kind enough to explain it to us.When I visited the shrine, I was able to leave my heavy luggage there. thank you very much!

I used it on July 20, 2024 for my walking pilgrimage. Many walking pilgrims stay here because they can walk from No. 26 Kongochoji Temple, leave their luggage here, and then visit No. 27 Kamineji Temple. As per many previous reviews, the food was good. Regarding the service, I thought it was the same as other guesthouses, but some people seem to feel a little uncomfortable with the way the owner speaks. However, since I am a pilgrim, I think I should treat it as a part of my life's training.

I left my luggage here and went to Sinbongsa Temple No. 27. Wi-Fi is good, the washing machine is free, and the dryer is 100 yen.The owner seems to be knowledgeable in Buddhism. There is no convenience store nearby.

Used for walking pilgrimage in May 2024 (previous night at Minshuku Urashima). After arriving at the inn, I left my heavy luggage at the entrance and visited No. 27 Kamineji Temple first. Unfortunately, the room had no windows, but the room itself had been renovated and was beautiful. The meals are simple but well-seasoned, and the 6,000 yen range, which includes two meals, is a reasonable price.

This is my second time using the train from Yasu Station (26 km). Both dinner and breakfast are fulfilling compared to the price. The room was spacious and clean. Laundry is free, dryer is 100 yen. I didn't have a very good impression of it before because it was next to a grave, but if you don't mind, I think it's a good and inexpensive accommodation.1st timeI arrived early and was able to check in easily.
