The receptionist's response was arrogant, intimidating, and unpleasant. On the homepage, there is a statement that ``Reservations are required for parking.'' When making a reservation, there is no section like the notes section where you can make a reservation, so when you call to make a reservation for a parking lot after making a reservation, they just say, ``It's impossible.'' It was a twin room, but the room smelled of dust, the walls were extremely thin and I could hear voices and snoring from the hallway and neighboring rooms, it was in a red-light district so it was noisy until late at night, the hot water ended at 11pm, and there was no Wi-Fi.

This is a hotel that I don't even want to give 1 star. It's the worst.I would like to post a review, which I don't normally do, so that at least one person can have the same experience as me during my trip to Kochi. Please excuse the bulleted details.・The reception staff, an elderly woman, is the worst. (*I feel that hitting women is especially harsh, so women should be especially careful)・In addition to the above, when I paid 10,500 yen for the 6,300 yen accommodation fee and was waiting for change, I didn't know what I had misunderstood and only got 200 yen in change, so I thought, ``Oh, it's a 10,000 yen bill...'' '', and he returned 3,000 yen, so I said, ``Oh, no. Isn't it 4,000 yen...'' I was such an old man that I had to say this...・The room is very dirty with smoke, dust, and mold. The air from the air conditioner is also very noisy.-Hot water supply time and air conditioner time are determined. (I'm sure they want you to go home early)・It was a twin room, but the outlet on one bed was mysteriously blocked and there was no electricity (lol)・There was a stain (brown like soy sauce) on the pillow sheet.・There is no Wi-Fi.・There is no elevator.・There is no refrigerator.・Water pressure in the shower in the room is weak. It's extremely difficult to control the hot water temperature. It's the type that changes during use.・The toilet mat(?) is dirty. I wonder if it has really been replaced...It looks a bit dark...If that's the case, don't put it on anymore←The quality and level of this hotel is so low that it makes me laugh.I didn't want to spend a long time at this hotel, so in the evening I bought some alcohol and snacks at a convenience store and had a tired party outside on a nearby sidewalk bench (lol)I've never been to a hotel where I felt so uncomfortable, and I wasn't sad or disappointed, but I felt strange and disgusted that there were still places like this in Japan (lol). Please take care everyone🙇‍♀️🙇

This is my first time commenting on Google, but I feel like I have to.The old lady at the reception is a scammer. When I looked it up online, it was about 3,000 yen per person, but when I asked the old lady the price, she immediately said 6,000 yen. (Because the room is big), but it was a room for one person. I was too weak to say anything to the old lady. If anyone comes to stay here, you should be careful! ⚠︎"We do not recommend staying alone, especially for those who are weak-minded! Be careful!!!⚠︎

As others have said, I think there are a lot of people who don't get along with the lady at the reception who is very strict, but I was lucky that she was able to walk in on the day.If you make a reservation over the phone at an old-fashioned hotel like this, you're less likely to run into trouble. The building is quite old, so there is some deterioration, but it has all the facilities, so it might be a good place for people who are looking for a cheap place to stay without meals.

I had some work to do in Kochi and stayed there for the first time in a while. The landlady also remembered us and spoke to us in a friendly manner, making the inn as comfortable as ever.I think it's the best way to feel like home.

A hotel I never want to interact with again.I think it's a punishment game for people who skimped on hotel charges of a few hundred yen.

It's really the worst customer service. Even though I made a reservation online and followed the instructions for parking, I was scolded by the fact that I had to write a note on the internet asking people to call me if they wanted to use the parking lot, but they actually check the details. I didn't write it down when I made the online reservation, so I showed it to him, but he was adamant that he didn't know about it. And he's always in a bad mood. Is this a paying customer? This is the first time I've felt this bad. Is this a reverse complaint? ?I will never stay there again. It's truly a wonder that a place like this is still open in the Reiwa era. If you don't know much about the internet, you shouldn't accept online reservations.
