I stayed there in October 2024 while walking the pilgrimage route.I arrived around 3:30 pm, so I was able to leave my large luggage on the verandah and go to visit Seiryuji Temple in a light manner. The owner was very gentle with me and asked me a lot of questions about my personal life.I really wanted to stay with meals included, but I regret not having the confidence to make it in time for dinner, so I decided to stay without meals...The food looked really delicious...!The room and water area were clean and it was a very comfortable stay. thank you very much! !

The hotel I booked for the next day had the wrong room type. I would like to thank the B&B hostess for her help in calling to change the room type.

I used it on July 24, 2024 for my walking pilgrimage.Since it was the off-season for walking pilgrims, there was only one guest, so I stayed there without meals. The next morning, I left my luggage and went back and forth to No. 36 Seiryuji Temple. After that, we collected our luggage and boarded the Susaki City cruise ship that departed from the landfill at 10:05. We arrived at Yokonami at 10:55 and were able to walk to the vicinity of JR Anwa Station. thank you very much.Furthermore, at the time when Daishi founded Seiryu-ji Temple, there were hardly any roads in this area, so he ordered his disciples to stay in the area and send out a ferry, and the use of boats as a pilgrimage route was not allowed. It seems like it is. It seems that what remains to this day is a cruise ship that connects the reclaimed land in Uranouchi Bay to Yokinami.

I was introduced to this hotel by the proprietress of Kochiya in front of Setsukeiji Temple as a lodging for walking pilgrims. The proprietress is a very considerate person, and the room is fully equipped with gauze and bandages to prevent blisters on your feet, as well as oxydol disinfectant. This is a blessing for the walking pilgrims. Also, there were many small side dishes for the meal, and I was surprised by the Chinese cabbage and tofu hotpot and the sea bream sashimi.I heard that they have been able to serve dishes recently. It was great to be able to stay at this time. The proprietress herself is providing guests with information about what she experienced during her pilgrimage. This is an inn that I would like to visit again.

The landlady is kind and heartfelt, and sometimes gets angry if you don't follow the rules (lol). She's like a mother in a homely atmosphere. The homemade bonito flakes rice is so delicious that it soaks into your whole body. I will definitely come again.

This inn is definitely recommended for pilgrims. Considering the long distance from Seiryu-ji to Iwamoto-ji, it is probably located in this area. The interior of the building is a clever arrangement of old paulownia furniture. Very calming.Even though we stayed without meals, we were treated to breakfast the next morning. The coffee was delicious. It was my last pilgrimage for my age, so it was a very fond memory.

In May, I stayed overnight on the pilgrimage route with my 8-year-old son. Anyway, this is an inn filled with the kindness of the landlady. The building is by no means new, and it is a lodging without meals, but it has everything necessary for pilgrims and travelers, such as a washer, dryer, microwave, and drying rack. I will cherish the hospitality you provided to my son in my future pilgrimages. Thank you for your help.

I stayed one night while doing the pilgrimage. This guesthouse feels like a cozy home and the owner is so lovely and welcoming. Even though my Japanese is very bad she made an effort to talk to me and we had a fun conversation. Everything was very clean, my room was nice and I especially enjoyed the fluffy futon. This is really a place that I would like to return to!
