At worst I will never go there again. I cannot recommend it.The owner is hysterical, irresponsible, arrogant, and has a Buddha-like face!! & Dangerous creepy food!!During my one-night stay, I received unbelievably cruel treatment from the authoritarian, high-pressure, but-top-faced host twice.First of all, as soon as I arrived, I briefly said hello to the Golden Retriever that was kept at the inn, but when I brought my hand close to it, it suddenly attacked me and tore my clothes off.I have not received any apology.I was on the verge of an accident.Clothes were torn off and property was damaged. When I heard about it later, I was told that it was ferocious and disobedient, making it dangerous. In that case, I think you should never let your pet get close to customers, and you should write a note to that effect on the dog kennel.I held out and did not seek compensation, but I almost got seriously injured. There are no words of apology. What's even worse isJust before checking out, I was taking a bath with the window open in the indoor bath, when no one else was there, and the host scolded me with a thunderous sound.I was disappointed that I couldn't use the open-air bath because it was winter and snow removal was a pain, so I thought that since all the other guests had checked out, I wouldn't be a nuisance, so I at least opened the window of the indoor bath. I took a bath. Also, I had to open the window to get in because it was too hot.I think it's much better than adding water to cool it down. The problem in the first place is that no measures have been taken to keep the water flowing directly from the source to the right temperature. All of a sudden, my master yelled at me with a blazing sword.Because the water was getting lukewarm, he yelled at me in a horrible tone, saying, ``What are you doing?!''There was no honorific language at all, and he suddenly started yelling in a forceful and coercive manner, as if he was trying to pick a fight, and suddenly he went crazy. We were not politely informed in advance that the open-air bath would not be available. If you really do not want the window of the indoor bath to be opened, you should tell them in advance that you cannot use the open-air bath and that you would like them to stop opening the window before making the reservation. Also, even if you give in 100 steps and allow them,The way you say it is politely and kindly, ``I'm very sorry. The open-air bath is currently unavailable due to negligence in snow removal. However, could you please refrain from opening the window of the indoor bath? We apologize for the inconvenience this unilateral request will cause to our guests. ”I think you should respond like this.I think the big problem is that they are so negligent that they can't use the open-air baths because they haven't removed the snow.I also think that the problem was that they did not inform us before making the reservation that they could not use the open-air bath. Also, it's a problem to complain about opening the window of the indoor bath without bothering anyone. The fact that that's the worst way to say it is also a big problem. If you don't want the window open in the first place, you should tell them in advance.Even if we were to accept them by giving in 100 steps, I think we should respond in the polite way I mentioned above.Furthermore, the taste of the food was below average at home.beef stew,Gratin,The ultimate Western-style sautéed fish with an incomprehensible spooky sauce,Western food series such as these are extremely low level. The simple side dishes and rice around Minamiaizu Oku Aizu Hinoedagi Village must be very delicious.Of the 10 or so ryokans I've stayed at, this was the least delicious.

There are several baths, and the rooms are spacious, well-cleaned, and comfortable. The only issue is food. Nowadays, it is the best inn in Yunohana Onsen, so we ask for improvements.I would like to add: According to the latest information, it appears that the inn will be closed, so reservations are no longer possible.

When I stayed there for the first time, I went to take a bath at night. I couldn't find the light switch and turned it on. Oh my God!! ️When I looked outside while soaking in the bathtub, I saw a beautiful round moon in front of me. The bathtub, which was supposed to be pitch black, was illuminated by the moonlight.I remember it being around mid-September.I want you to experience this luxury.

Great view of the open-air bath and riverside. Due to the coronavirus, we have canceled separate baths for men and women, and as of mid-October, three bathtubs, including the indoor rock bath, are reserved for private use. The temperature of each bath is 43℃. The water temperature at the outlet is 45℃, making it very easy to enter. As the indoor baths are surrounded by surroundings, the temperature was 1 to 2 degrees higher in each bath. There were 3 to 4 showers in the indoor bath. However, since the hot spring itself has no peculiarities, you won't need anything other than shampoo. Let's take advantage of the overflowing hot springs without wasting anything. The mattress is quite thin, and I think it would be quite difficult for people who don't sleep on the futon. The top cover was not a duvet, but a W blanket was also provided. I used it as a bed blanket and managed to relieve my back pain. The wall between the room and the next room is thin (this is unavoidable due to the age of the building and the wooden structure), and the old man's deep bass voice echoes through the room until around 23:00, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. After 2:00, there was an exchange of snoring. When using the hotel in the future, I would like them to explain the situation and ask them to vacate a room or take other measures. It must have been bad luck. The menu was creative and incorporated many local ingredients. I don't remember the exact menu because there was no menu, but the number and quantity of each item was delicious.

The hostess' delicious food and her husband's kindness will soothe you. There are 3 baths, which is great.
