It opened at 8:30 in the morning, so I went there before 9:00 on a day during the holidays. Probably the first.Although they were busy preparing for the catering, they responded immediately. The skin was crispy, the meat was tender, and the sauce was delicious.

First of all, Shimanto (both Kubokawa and Nakamura) = eel is not delicious.Many people who are fooled by the liberating feeling of traveling and are ignorant about freshly grilled farmed eel think it's natural eel from the Shimanto River and are under the illusion that it's delicious, but here we have farmed eel, and what's more, it's grilled in advance. It is something that has been reheated using an electric cooker.Naturally, the taste is bad and the customer service is sloppy.Still, the eel restaurant in Kochi city is much better.Details are below.It seems to be a directly managed store of a Shimanto eel brand farm, but it would be impossible for an old woman who doesn't know anything about customer service to run a reasonably priced eel restaurant.Furthermore, since I don't think I can grill eel, I just reheat it in the cooker.This is not worth the price of 4,500 yen for eel.It tastes much better if you reheat the Chinese eel you bought from the supermarket at home.It was the first meal in a long time that made me hungry.
