I stayed overnight after climbing Mt. Hiushigatake, and chose this inn to climb Mt. Aizu-Komagatake the next day. I think this is the best location for climbing Mt. Komagatake as it is right in front of the bus stop and entrance to the mountain. It feels quite old, but it feels clean. The food was delicious, and I was very satisfied with the bento box for the next day's lunch, which included side dishes and cheese for dessert.

Great place to stay at if you plan to hike Mt. Aizu Komagatake. Only a few minutes drive away from the hiking trail base and they have a sentou (public bath) too.

GW no Nakabi Stayed on weekdaysAfter descending from Mt. Hiushigatake, I planned to climb Mt. Aizu Komagatake the next day, so I decided to use this route. In fact, I had decided to climb the mountain the day before and was looking for a place to stay, but I couldn't make a reservation for the next day's stay on the hotel search online, so I looked for a place to stay on the map here, and found a place in front of the mountain trail to Mt. Aizu-Komagatake. After finding a guesthouse and confirming the reservation over the phone, they were happy to accommodate me even if I was staying alone.I visited by car after climbing the mountain, and the parking lot in front of the inn seemed to be able to park about 5 cars.At the reception, I borrowed a pass to enter the public hot springs in Hinoemata Village for free. This time I took the opportunity to use Alza at the roadside station. After returning from the hot springs, we had dinner starting at 6:00, and there were plenty of side dishes, mostly local wild vegetables, salt-grilled rockfish, soba noodles, and rice with maitake mushrooms. When I asked about the parking lot at the trailhead of Mt. Aizu Komagatake the next day, I was told that I would probably be able to park there even around 7 a.m. at this time of year. If the parking lot was full, I was planning to rent a parking lot here and climb the mountain trail in front of the guest house, but this time I drove to the trailhead. The next day, we had breakfast at 6:00 a.m., and they served us a bowl of rice, so we had a large serving.I ordered a bento box the day before and received it at the summit, but the rice balls were huge and it was a bit much.

It is located right in front of the bus stop at the trailhead of Mt. Aizu Komagatake. The lodge in Oike won't be able to get a private room for one person until a year in advance, so I took the bus here.On Fridays and Saturdays during the high season of autumn leaves, reservations for one person are often refused at this guesthouse in Hinoemata, but this is a valuable inn that gladly accommodates one person. The food is delicious and there are many homemade dishes made with local ingredients. Even if you stay for several nights, you will find something different. It was my first time to eat wood ear mushroom sashimi, and the new soba was also very delicious. Since it's a guest house, bathrooms are shared, and since it's in a mountainous area, stink bugs can be found depending on the time of year, but if you're not a fan of stink bugs, you can ask them to catch them for you.We do not accept online reservations, so you will need to call and pay in cash only. By the way, Hinoemada only has JA and there are almost no places that accept cashless payments, so you will need to prepare a lot of cash.

I used it for climbing Mt. Aizu Komagatake. The location is right in front of the trailhead. The room has been renovated and is as clean as if it were built several years ago. The food is delicious and plentiful. And yet, it's reasonable. It was so delicious that I ended up eating it all and ended up feeling heavy from climbing the mountain the next day. 💦Although it is about a 15-minute walk from the center of Hinoemata, I would like you to stay here again when you stay in Hinoemada.

When I went to Oze and Aizu Komagatake, I often stayed there, and everything was very nice. When I told them about the course from Aizu Komagatake to Otsugi Pass to Kirinte, they drove me to the trailhead the next morning, gave me a T-shirt, and especially. I have fond memories of my grandmother, who is no longer with me, being kind to me and giving me straw sandal straps. “Thank you!”
