There is a convenience store nearby. Breakfast was wonderful, but I was disappointed that I couldn't eat it this time. By all means next time!

Visited during a trip to Shikoku during the Obon period in August 2024!I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in Kochi Prefecture.Hotel Town Ekimae @Kochi City Ekimae TownThis was my first time going to Kochi Prefecture during the Yosakoi Festival. Hotel reservations are extremely difficult during the Yosakoi Festival. It's impossible. This time I happened to be able to make a reservation last minute, but the price was more than three times the normal price. It seems that the price is Yosakoi lol There will be no upper limit on the parking lot nearby during the period. There are limited places to stay around Kochi Station, so if you're going to see the Yosakoi Festival, we recommend that you plan well in advance and secure your place to stay! !Four people stayed in two rooms. We booked our rooms on different days through Rakuten Travel, so we had rooms on different floors for the first night, but on the same floor for the second night. The room was a single smoking room, but I don't think there was any lingering smell. The construction is what is called a business hotel, with a bed, chair, TV, desk, and UB.I think the parking lot was 700 yen per night. If you cannot park on the first floor of the hotel, please park at a nearby affiliated parking lot and receive a service ticket when exiting. If you park your car on the first floor of the hotel, it may be moved, so you will have to leave your car keys with us.Everything else is a bit shabby overall. In any case, it is not suitable for people who are looking for something new or beautiful.I have a good impression of him because he is friendly and takes good care of people! But coin laundry! ! !1 washing machine! 1 dryer! only! Not suitable for long stay. There is a long waiting list at the coin laundry.I've written a note asking you not to take out your laundry without permission, so please call the front desk when you're finished and ask them to take it out!By the way, there is no coin laundry nearby! !There are only places that take more than 10 minutes to walk, and there is very little information about the opening hours, so be sure to check in advance! As mentioned above, we went in summer! And it's extremely hot lolPlease be careful especially if you are bringing children with you during the period when there is a lot of laundry to do!

I think the facilities, location, and price are good. However, the sound of phlegm from the next room all night long, and people singing loudly in the middle of the night, made it difficult to sleep...These are not the hotel's fault, but there was no way to contact the front desk from the room, and I thought it couldn't be helped because the price was reasonable.

Although it is an old hotel overall, it is kept clean. There are no particular inconveniences. Each room is also equipped with a hot water pot and refrigerator.Breakfast is recommended, and for 200 yen they offer quite a large meal. (selectable)

I stayed here because of the price, but I can't recommend it highly enough. The lobby and rooms had a Showa feel, and the atmosphere was dark and uncomfortable. The worst thing was that the air conditioner in the room was too old.I was having a hard time sleeping because I was constantly making creaking noises.I could clearly hear the sound of a door slamming from another room, and I could also hear the sound of the shower. The doors and walls were so thin that I didn't feel at ease at all.I had planned to stay for several nights, but I was so uncomfortable that I ended up changing to another hotel. It was about an extra 500 yen, but the other place was clean and had a calming atmosphere. There are some advantages, such as the staff's service is not bad, it is conveniently located near the station, and the breakfast is good.It would be wiser to stay at another hotel, even if it is a little more expensive.

The famous 200 yen breakfast is filling and the best! You can choose from three types: toast set, ham and egg set (with rice), and mini Japanese set. Recommended is the toast set! It comes with thick toast, plenty of salad, Neapolitan ham, boiled eggs, somen noodles, and a drink after the meal. Even though it's cheap, it's home-style and delicious. In Kochi, where there is a morning culture, this is the best value for money!

This is an old-fashioned business hotel near the station. It was used as an accommodation for a driving school training camp. The 200 yen breakfast was very filling and delicious. If I ever go to Kochi again, I would definitely like to stay there again.
