I didn't expect to be treated like this after staying there.I will never go there again.Last month, I stayed with my family for one night. The rice was delicious with wild vegetables and other dishes, and we also had a feast of tempura made from rare maitake mushrooms that are rarely harvested.I also bought some homemade perilla oil on the way home, and I went home very satisfied. However, one month later, I received a phone call out of the blue and asked, ``Where are you?''When I answered that I was at work, he said, "What?! That's fine," and hung up.I didn't understand what they meant, so I called them again and was told that they had a reservation for today.Of course I didn't take reservations.I asked if I was making a mistake since I stayed there exactly a month ago, and they said, "They didn't make that reservation last month."I have photos of the meal, and I also talked to two other groups of people who were staying the same day, and when I told them about their special characteristics and that we had also enjoyed the rare maitake mushrooms, they said, ``Ah, that's definitely true.'' '', but I didn't say a word of sorry. It would have been fine if they just told me it was a misunderstanding, but I was angry that they unilaterally canceled my reservation without my permission.I guess they don't care about customers who have only come once.Phone support is the worst.

I was able to look back and be glad that I was Japanese.I thought I didn't like river fish, but now I realize how delicious they are.The surrounding bathhouses are also perfect (although the stone bath was too hot to bathe).

An old private house and guesthouse located in Yunohana Onsen in Minamiaizu that is over 100 years old. You can spend a relaxing time with the feeling of coming to a house in the countryside. For meals, you can enjoy colorful home-grown seasonal vegetables, delicious rice, slow-grilled fish in an irori hearth, and the local dish of soba noodles paired with local Aizu sake. There are four public baths with a rustic atmosphere within a short walk (bathing tickets are sold at the inn).

It was full of my favorite words: Okuaizu, hot springs, song shops, local sake, soba. Moreover, the timing of the autumn leaves🍁new soba noodles and new rice was perfect. Char bone sake, tachi soba...Ah, when should we go next?🎵
