It's a beautiful guest house. The shower is strong and good!The air conditioner works really well too.Great location, 3 minutes walk to Hirome Market.There is no affiliated parking lot, so you will have to bring your own.Parking at a nearby parking lot costs around 1,700 yen.

the host is very nice and helpful.the room can be noisy as the window is just simple 1 plate glass as other Japanese houseslocation is perfect for tourists.

The location is perfect and the place is modern and clean. The only reason this place is not getting a 5-star review is the mattress. Some rooms seem to have nice, thick mattresses, but the bunk bed room has a thin mattress on a hard wooden surface. If you sleep on your side, it’s torture.

A hotel located in Obiyamachi, Kochi City.We also have capsule-type rooms available for you to stay at a great price. It is convenient as it is close to restaurants such as Obiyamachi shopping street. To protect the environment, amenities such as toothbrushes and razors are available for a fee. There is a shower.There is also a bar and cafe open at night, and the cake made with Kochi ginger was delicious. I was able to spend a good time with the hotel staff who was attentive to me and talked about my travels.

I stayed in a capsule type room for one night.It's a new guesthouse and it's beautiful.The location is also quite good.The entrance was locked and I couldn't get in.There is a review,Never lockThere will be proper instructions at check-in.I think it depends on whether users can follow the rules.After staying at various other guesthouses,The following points are of concern.① On the same floor as the bedThere is a toilet, shower, and washroom, so it is noisy.→I'm very careful.② The LED tape in the hallway is high brightness.Even if I close the curtains, I still feel dazzled.③In the key part of the toilet/showerThere is a large notch,It can be easily seen.→I blindfolded myself with a tissue as a countermeasure.I used it. I sincerely hope for improvement.

I stayed a couple of times over there, walking distance from Kochi station, very centralized to the shops, bars restaurants and food market, the guest house is very cozy and elegant awesome service. Very good for the price which range from capsule rooms to family rooms , first floor they had a Cafe which you can order beverages and some food it depends of the day though. Have a chance to eat some French food at that time that seams like they change from time to time, which I think it’s good you can taste lots of different kinds of cuisine.

If you are searching for a very modern, beautiful stay, AVA is what you are searching for.Online is standing no internet, but you have free Wi-Fi. Hirome market is about 1 minute walk away and Kochi castle about 10 mins walk. You have USB ports in your room, it’s clean and the staff was very friendly.I stay one night and it was a very comfy night . Thanks :) if I come back to kochi AVA will be my choice.
