I stayed one night to enjoy the Niyodo River. Make a reservation by phone, there are only 3 rooms on the 2nd floor. We used two of the rooms, both of which had two bedrooms. Yukata, bath towel, towel, and toothbrush provided. There is a kettle and a shared mini fridge. The first floor was like an izakaya, and there were several local people there. We also had dinner and breakfast there.The exterior and rooms had been renovated, and the bathrooms and toilets were clean, so I felt very satisfied that I had found a good accommodation. The host was also very kind and took great care of us.There is a river just a little further down, and you can see it from your window. The blue color of the river is beautiful.

I used it for a two week long stay.The good points are as follows.The food is deliciousThe staff are friendly.The bad points are as follows.There is no separate smoking area and it smells like cigarettes (there is an ashtray in the room)The first floor is a pub, and the sound echoes all the way to your room.There were customers taking baths after midnight, so there was noise (twice).Wifi is slow (about 10M) and communication is unstable and disconnected.On the last day, there was a drunk person staying at the hotel, and there was feces on the toilet bowl, seat, and doorknob, making it unusable. I regained my composure and took a bath, but there was feces in the bathtub so I couldn't use it.I trusted the hotel and paid the accommodation fee in advance on the first day, but it was a mistake.

There are only a few rooms and the bathrooms are shared.The room is comfortable with a clean bedroom.Meals can be enjoyed at the stylish izakaya on the 1st floor.I learned about it during my business visit, but I also want to go there for sightseeing.It is the center of the old village, and there is also a shopping street.

The Shimanto tributary flowing directly below the balcony is incredibly beautiful. It's shallow, the current is gentle, and it's safe.Soak your feet....relax. It's the best experience.The accommodation is very beautiful and clean. The bath and two toilets are shared, but we never had to wait. If you put it in for 24 hours. The bathtub is very large and clean. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap are also available. Moreover, it is safe to use and does not have the rough quality found in large public baths such as hotels. The room was a single twin with perfect cleaning on the second floor of the stairs. TV and WiFi available. A delicious izakaya with everything on the first floor. The customer service was polite and gave me a lot of information, so I had a fun and comfortable time. It was 5,000 yen per person for a room without meals. This is a truly recommended inn. I made a reservation over the phone. Amazingly satisfied 😀

Great hospitality. The food at the izakaya run by the shop owner is also delicious. The room is also clean.
