I am an official member of the Shikoku 88, Bekkoku 20, and Shikoku 36 Fudo no Sacred Site Associations.I mainly post reviews that I think will be useful for walking pilgrimages.It was quite a while ago, but I stayed there in July 2021, shortly after it opened. As mentioned in other people's reviews, I think it is a very good accommodation.The owner is still a young man, and he has relationships with other inn owners around Kochi City, and they often introduce each other. A card with information about the accommodation was placed at the entrance. I think this is useful information for walking pilgrims.The exterior of Kachofuugetsu was taken in September 2024. It looks like a normal two-story house. Also, the nokei book was a limited time item for No. 30 Zenrakuji and was displayed at the entrance. As of July 2021.

The location is very convenient with it being close to both the temple, a convenience store and a super market. The owner is very open and friendly. He is very thorough. The place is very clean and neat. The showers are very new.
I made a reservation late and he was able to help. I 10/10 recommend this place.

Like others before me on the o henro trail, I start with the owner. He is attentive in every way from the booking and making you feel welcomed. The hostel is spotless and absolutely convenient with convenient store just across the road. I whole heartedly recommend this place.

The boss was very kind and enthusiastic. It was raining that day and we arrived early. The boss allowed us to check in early. He also helped us with his opinions on the problems we had in Benlu. Thank you very much to him.Shared rooms pay attention to the privacy of guests and are neat and clean.

The owner Jun helped me in booking accommodation for the next two weeks. He was very kind and helpful to me. The rooms in the shared dormitory are nice, clean and spacious.The pajamas that are given are very comfortable and soft. Highly recommended, there is also a supermarket in front of the accommodation.

First of all, I adore the home and the owner. The home is beautiful, tidy, clean and you have at your disposal towels, earplugs, pijama, tea…Also, is near to temple 30 (just going down the street at 3 min walking from temple)I recommend a lot

Such a lovelt stay along the Ohenro pilgrimage. Jun goes above and beyond for his guests, so kind. Wear the pyjamas, they're SO comfortable. One of the best bed's I've slept in whilst walking! Thank you, all the best wishes for your business.

I stayed here in December 2023.As everyone has commented, it smells nice and makes your room look cute. The loungewear provided is very comfortable and I would like to buy it at Yukuro, but I think the pink one is sold out...The washing machine is the latest drum type, and it does all the drying in one go.I bought dinner at the convenience store across the street and at a nearby yakitori restaurant.Thank you for seeing me off even though I was leaving early in the morning.

2023.9.21 Thank you for your help during the walking pilgrimage. Accommodation in Kochi city can be confusing as there are so many options. I've stayed in many places, but this was the place where I felt most at ease. It's a 3 minute walk from the supermarket, the convenience store is across the street, and the location is great, and above all, the room was incredibly comfortable. The owner was also very considerate. I'll bother you again.
