A historic inn where Shigeru Yoshida also stayed. Although it is a historic building, the inside of the building was very clean, and the rooms had a sense of the times, were comfortable, and the baths were great. Breakfast was also delicious. I broke the curfew at night, but the next day I was kindly approached and I was very grateful.

I stayed here during my pilgrimage in March.Although the building is old, it is kept neat and clean, the room key is provided, and the bath was soothing. For dinner, you will have to use the surrounding restaurants, but I think this is a ryokan that values ​​the good old days😊

20240223, stayed in the large bamboo room in the main building. 21,600 yen for two people, including breakfast.I would be satisfied if I could stay in a large room, but I think the cost performance would be poor in a small room. You can enjoy breakfast using local ingredients and carefully selected ingredients from all over the country. The bamboo room was luxurious and had the layout of a Showa era VIP room, with a rocking chair in the revolving hallway, a picture frame of a calligraphy by former Prime Minister Shigeru Yoshida, and a reception sofa. The building is old and there aren't many electrical outlets, the bathrooms are shared, and the rooms don't have locks, so it may be difficult for people who are used to modern hotels and inns, but it is a historical building and has a great atmosphere.If you prefer contemporary rooms, the Haneteki Hotel is a good choice.By the way, smoking is allowed in the large room, but even my family who is very sensitive to smells didn't notice it.
