I am from Australia and have been going to nango ski field and nango hotel for over 17 years. The hotel is very nice and clean the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. there are 2 western rooms the rest are traditional Japanese style. Dinner and breakfast is traditionally Japanese food very nice. The onsen hot spars inside and outside are great very relaxing especially after a days skiing. The hotel has a courtesy bus that can pick you up from Aizu tajima train station. Fantastic hotel and ski resort throughly recommended

This is a resort in Saitama City.Of course, the general public can also stay overnight, but there will be a surcharge.By the way, if you are a disabled person, the accommodation fee will be half price for up to 2 people, including the accompanying person.

I am a citizen of Saitama. I have been interested in the city's resort facility for a long time, and in September 2024, my dream came true and I stayed there for the first time.Reservations were made using the Saitama City Public Facility Reservation System.The room was a Western-style room on the first floor and was comfortable.The food was delicious, and we enjoyed the hot springs, karaoke, and table tennis.The karaoke room is like a conference room, so it feels like a city facility, which is rather interesting.To all Saitama citizens, for your reference, this itinerary↓6:30 Depart by private carAiming for Minamiaizu Town on local roads without using the expresswaySightseeing and lunch at Ouchi-juku (There are several restaurants in Ouchi-juku where you can eat and drink)Sightseeing around TonohetsuriArrive at Hotel Nango around 16:00.Check out the next day and make a reservation for 10am to experience indigo dyeing at Okuaizu MuseumStroll through Komado WetlandPurchase souvenirs at Roadside Station TajiOn the return trip, take the local road to Saitama City instead of using the expressway.I would like to stay again in a different season.

Thank you for letting me stay at a cheap price just because I am a citizen of Saitama.The building seemed to have been renovated quite a bit, so it was very clean, the baths were nice, and the food was delicious!

It's reasonably priced, and best of all, it's surrounded by Takashimizu Park and nature, and you can see fireflies flying around at night. The autumn leaves are also very beautiful.

Great Hotel, walking distance to ski centre and lifts.Open to the public the whole of 2025 ski season.If you want to get away from the long ski lift queues and experience Japanese hospitality, this hotel is a must .They can organise pick up and drop off from local train station. I can’t wait to return this coming season.

I have visited him about 5 times, once every 2-3 years. There is a garage with a shutter for 2-3 bikes, the rooms are clean, you can travel alone, the food is delicious, there is an open-air bath, and the price is reasonable.We will continue to use it, so please keep up the good work with all the staff!

As it is a recreational facility for Saitama citizens, I came here to relieve the stress of everyday life.It's right next to Nango Ski Resort, so it's difficult to get to without a car, but I think it's a great location for people who like winter sports.The room is Japanese style but very clean. It also comes with a washlet and all the amenities.The water is boiled in an electric kettle and kept warm, so you can enjoy hot tea and sweets as soon as you arrive at your room, which is a wonderful hospitality.The food was hearty and delicious, and the open-air bath and sauna were truly relaxing.

Breakfast and dinner were delicious, the hot spring was nice, the room was clean and relaxing, and there was a ski locker drying room.Unfortunately, karaoke is 1,000 yen per hour.The place is a funny conference room-like room with tables and desks with thick books, so don't think of it as a karaoke box, so I can't recommend it.Everything else is comfortable.

The entire facility has been renovated and is very clean. The rooms are standard and not particularly special, but they are clean and comfortable.The hot springs are clear, colorless, and have a strong salt content, making them very warm.The meals are mainly local and you won't be able to eat them all.Most of all, I was impressed by how smiling and kind the staff were. It was a great hotel where we had a very comfortable stay!

It's a quiet and clean hotel.This time I used karaoke🎤Nantes😳Meeting room where eating and drinking are prohibited💦No atmosphere at all💦I can't finish every mealYou can eat rare [char sashimi]I think it’s gorgeous 😋✌️✨In the morning, the weather was nice so I went for a walk in the neighborhood by myself 🚶There was a torii gate in the mountain, and there was a path leading up to the mountain, so I wanted to climb it~😆But what if I meet Mr. Bear🐻💦I got scared and rushed back to the hotel😂

The inside of the hotel has been renovated and is very clean. The large public bath is a salty hot spring, and there is also an open-air bath, making it a paradise. The room has a toilet and a washlet. There are three price levels for dinner, and I ordered the lowest one, which included a special dish of horse sashimi for 1,000 yen. This horse sashimi was quite delicious. Without the horse sashimi, it would have been a bit sad. I had a very comfortable stay and will definitely return again.

It's a good hotel, not bad, and it's worth the price.I appreciate that dinner can be eaten in a private room. They serve a variety of dishes, but the white rice was the most delicious.The only entertainment at night is table tennis or karaoke. Even if I tried to go out, there was nothing because I was deep in the mountains.Also, there are a lot of insects that are quite large. People who hate insects will swoon. It might be good for people who love nature.

I'm in the 6th grade of elementary school. Just recently (one year ago), I went to Nango where there was a forest area, and to sum up my impressions briefly, it's great nature. Although it was raining, it was great to see a double rainbow.Also, the food is delicious, the rooms are Japanese style, and the hot springs are spacious!

This is Hotel Nango, a resort in Saitama City. It can be used by people other than Saitama residents. It has been recently renovated and is now very beautiful. The meal consists of 3 courses. This time we had the most expensive dinner. The Aizu beef shabu-shabu, salt-grilled sweetfish, and rockfish sashimi are all very delicious. The hot springs are also very warm. It is located in a quiet place and will heal you.
