I wish I could give 0 stars because this hotel isn’t even worthy 1 star. The hotel rooms were filthy, everything was covered in mold and dirt. There were unexplainable stains in the beds and a smell of smoke in the rooms. The bathroom had such an awful smell I had to keep myself from throwing up, I’m not even exaggerating this. The staff were ignorant of the situation and the boss is arrogant; he wouldn’t listen to anything we had to say about the rooms. We didn’t get any money back. May this be a warning for everyone who wants to book a room here.

Worst hotel ever, it looked fine in the photos, but when you enter you see mold, the bathroom is not cleaned, at least it didn't look that way. Stains on the mattress sheet semen stains blood stains burn holes in the pillow cover. Even the kitchen cupboards were not clean or the doors either. I wouldn't book here at all, not recommended at all! It looks like the ghetto

A very, very disappointing hotel, bad service, the reception room is always empty and smells of cigarettes. I ordered a StandardQueen room but it was really dirty inside. When I first entered the room I saw the trash can was still full of rubbish, cigarette butts were scattered in the bathroom, the bathroom was dirty really, the glass was really dirty, the sheets and pillows still smelled of people's sweat. When I asked for it to be cleaned, the cleaning was not clean. The trash can was still dirty black, only the trash was thrown away, the bathroom was still dirty 😫😖 Worse yet, when I had breakfast, it turned out there was no place for breakfast. Breakfast was delivered with a menu of fried rice, no drinking water, etc. The fried rice was a little bit like feeding a baby and it wasn't very tasty. Only one towel was given, even a small towel for wiping the face. Basically, the worst hotel I have ever encountered. The photo in the picture is not there. according to the original. I am very, very disappointed

My experience of staying at this hotel was very bad, the service was very bad, the facilities were very bad, the electricity went out in the middle of the night, the second day the water went dead, very disappointed because I had paid a lot to stay. The worst service I have ever encountered, both hotels and regular accommodation. The distance between the receptionist and the room is approximately 300 meters in different buildings. After paying for the room, we were not given an access card, so if we had already left, we were advised to wait for guests to come in before boarding/taking a ride. As long as no guests come in, accept the risk of sitting outside for hours. Complained to security, security asked to contact the receptionist. The receptionist told security (to pass the responsibility on to each other). Asked for towels, he said they wanted to be delivered, waited for a long time, they weren't delivered, finally went to ask for them (a journey of approximately 300m). Until the receptionist staff/employees lay down playing on their cell phones as if they wanted to say this is our situation. Please adapt. Only when they complained louder did they act. Hopefully it's fixed
