If you can stay there cheaply, it's good. The room is small, and it may depend on the room, but it's quite narrow to use a computer. There is almost no space between the bed and the chair. If you're lucky enough to get a parking spot, you'll be lucky! There are a very limited number of cars nearby, so if you can't park, you'll have to walk a bit. There is a convenience store nearby, but it may be difficult to stay there for several nights. It's fine if you're alone on business, but considering the smell and other factors, I don't think I'd recommend it.Hotels are getting more expensive these days, so maybe the good hotels in Kochi are quite expensive? !Having said that, I think it's okay if I'm alone, so I'm indebted to them. When you go to the city, it's cheap, but there are plenty of places that are cheaper and worse...

I was concerned about the lack of cleaning in the shower room. The shower curtain is quite moldy.

Located in central Kochi less than 10 minutes' walk from JR Station, this hotel is ideal for spending time in the heart of the city's activity. We extended our stay by 4 days to shelter from the typhoon. The hotel staff was very accommodating and our stay was wonderful. The room is very suitable for short stays and the surroundings are very quiet night and day.As I don't speak Japanese very well, the hotel staff helped me resolve a tricky situation and for that I can't thank them enough.

It's an old business hotel, but it's 5,000 to 6,000 yen per night for walk-ins, free parking, and good value for money.

It takes 5-6 minutes to walk from the hotel to the parking lot. When I tried to pay by card at the reception desk, I was told that the card I had been using could not be used. When I entered the room, there was no light, and there was no explanation of how to use the key I received to stick it in the wall and turn it on.Dirty with trash scattered on the floorDust has accumulated on the side tableNot able to cleanThe unit bath was normal, but the curtains were short.I don't want to use this place anymore

As other people have said, I was concerned about the response from the front staff. When I entered the room, I noticed the smell, so I went to a nearby supermarket and bought some Febreze. The air conditioner could not be used because it was under construction, and the built-in air conditioner was not blowing air. When I called the front desk, I was told that the air was blowing, but clearly it was not. When I called again, they said they forgot to turn it on and didn't even apologize.I would like to travel to Kochi Prefecture again, but I will never stay at a hotel here again.

I'm currently staying here, but the walls are thin. This is the first time I've been to a hotel with such thin walls, and I could hear all the conversations in the room next to me, and I could even hear people clearing their throats. Also, when I use the shower, including myself, it makes a sound like thunder, so I wake up to the sound of someone in the next room using the shower. When I closed the curtains to use the shower, it smelled like a curtain rag.I used it because I wanted to sleep comfortably in bed, but since this is a car where I can sleep in the car, it would have been much better to sleep in the car.

Third stay. The owner replied that they would train their staff.I felt like there was no change 😥It's hard to give even one star. This is the response from the front desk.A woman in the morning. There was no greeting, and he lazily took the key and said nothing. This time, the cleaning person was more than the front desk person. When he came out of the room, instead of saying hello, he glared at me and leaned against the wall, talking with fellow staff members about the guests. Are you unprofessional? If you don't like it, you don't have to stay.I guess that's about it.My trip is ruined😑
