I stayed on a high floor with a view of the Pacific Ocean. The interior felt old, probably because it was built a few years ago, but it was spacious enough and had a feeling of openness. The amenity service was in the form of picking up what you needed at the front lobby. The hot springs were spacious, had good quality water, had an open-air bath, and had drink service. I felt comfortable using it.I only had breakfast, but it was a buffet style with a wide variety of choices, and the taste was good, so I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Since it's a Mercure brand, I thought I'd give it a try, so I stayed for one night and had two meals. From now on, this is my personal opinion.Dinner tastes bad!! Unfortunately, there was nothing delicious. A certain product baker was putting the product from a plastic product tray onto the grill. When I asked her, "Isn't that frozen food?", she answered honestly, "It's frozen." (sweat)Considering the price of the room, I was expecting a bit more decent food, but they introduced an all-inclusive system that Japanese people were not used to, and I was told, ``If you're drunk, you won't understand anything...'' I got the feeling that it was.I think people from Kanto will understand that it's the same feeling as Itoen and Oedo Onsen.Although the name has changed from Daiwa Royal Hotel to Mercure, the staff will continue to be employed. (Confirmed)It's like a car sales big ◯ー◯ー.If the content doesn't change even if you change the name, I don't think anything will change.Lastly, regarding the customer base, the night we had a Chinese group. Those people had been partying in the dinner hall from the start of dinner time. If you want to enjoy all-you-can-drink and all-you-can-eat, you can enter the restaurant from the beginning and stay until the end, and it will be a fun Japanese night. But Japanese people are different. You can't have a leisurely meal while looking at the Chinese tourists who are making a fuss.By chance, there was a Japanese staff member who looked like a manager, so I suggested, ``Why don't we separate group customers from individual customers?'' However, the irritation the Japanese customers were feeling was ignored.I do not recommend this place if you are an individual visitor and are expecting a quiet and calm atmosphere.I think there are many better accommodations for this amount of money.Since I am posting under my real name, I am prepared to know what the hotel will think. This is an inn located in Kochi Prefecture, Japan. Please respect the Japanese people.

For people with children and for people who like alcohol. It's the best partCheck in first and then16:00 to 18:00 All-you-can-drink beer, 12 types of Japanese sake, and 2 types of sparkling wine.All-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink dinner starts at 5:30pm.We have 4 types of white wine available, and of course we have a variety of ingredients, and we also have baby food, which is nice.21:00 to 23:00 is also crazy, and we have several types of alcohol available. We had 4 brands of whisky. If you like alcohol, definitely stay here. There's a pool, but it's only open until September, so you'll need to check before coming.Check-out is until 11:00, so it's quite friendly for families with children. But there are some things that I don't pay attention to.Due to the lack of staff, I feel that it is slow to clean up and replenish things during dinner and breakfast.I wish small places would be more careful, like the lock in the toilet being broken. However, I would like to come back again with my family.I like alcohol ★★★★★Service ★★★★☆ (Please improve)Room, environment ★★★★★
