The people here say that they own the land so even if you want to just use the river, you can’t use the road and stairs and bridge to get down. They require you to reserve and don’t let you pay on the day. Overall they are greedy and say that if you want to use the river, you must swim from up the river to get there, then go back up the river so you do not trespass.

I think it was a coincidence, but when I visited during the Obon holiday, there was a group of high school students there, and it felt like a school trip.I visited with my family, but personally I was expecting a quieter atmosphere. .However, I think it's a little-known spot when all the nearby places are crowded. Also, it's cheap.

It was really the worst place. I don't want to give it even 1 star. The business was run by a couple, but their customer service was the worst, and the worst was the husband! Anyway, this person's way of speaking! It's as bad as if they weren't taught properly at school or by their parents! It's a shame for Japan.Overseas, Japan is said to be No. 1 in terms of customer service, but it's really the worst.I stayed in a room that could accommodate 16 people, but it was not cleaned properly and was very dirty! There was limescale and mold in the bathroom, the toilet wasn't cleaned properly and it was empty, the kitchen was dirty and the place where you put dishes etc. after washing was wet and black with dust, and the stove was dirty and covered in oil. The moment you walk in the door, it's full of dust. Moreover, the air conditioner didn't work at all, and since we're paying the bills and we have three children, it would be fine if we were just adults, so I asked if I could borrow a fan, and they said, "I've never had so many complaints in all the years I've been in business." "This is my first time as a customer. There's nothing to do here, so if you have any complaints, please leave."It's really stupid. I said this knowing that I had come from a far away place and there was nowhere to stay for the Obon holiday. I will vomit. Moreover, I was told that the current of the river was very fast, so it was dangerous for children, and that there was a place for children to go down there, not in the river, so I was asked to use it if I wanted. At first I wondered why it was so gentle, but then I realized there was a fish inside. That's what happened lolAnd then about the location. The stairs are too difficult. I knew this when I made the reservation over the phone, but since I had to bring my own luggage, I was convinced that I would never come here again. It's very difficult! Also, we were told that we couldn't play music at the barbecue area because there would be civilians nearby and people would complain, but after being warned while watching a normal video, we were told that music was allowed inside the bungalow. But the speaker was taken away. It's the worst place. If you are staying here, please read this review and be aware of the above before using. It's better to be mentally prepared.I will never go again. . .

We stayed here as a group(10 people).Even though they charge for number of people, we were given with one tatami room.We are allowed to use all the BBQ utensils and facility for free. But for the wood and coal, we have to pay separately (700 Yen per pack). This place has a very beautiful pond and river bank where we can play in water. Small bridge is there from where we can jump into water. If we don't play to stay here, they have options for renting bbq facility alone as well. But the timings are different.Overall, it's worth to stay in this property.
