The Sea of Japan right in front of you, a beautiful sunset, a bath with radon hot springs, and a delicious dinner and breakfast. The freshly cooked ``Sakihokore'' for dinner and the freshly cooked ``Akitakomachi'' for breakfast were absolutely delicious♪

A ryokan near Oga Aquarium GAO. Since the main building was under construction, we used the west building. The food, the open-air bath in the room, and the view were all great. It became the number one hot spring hotel in my lifetime. The head chef's carefully selected dishes were a delight. Although I wasn't a big eater, I thought it would be a lot, but I finished it easily, probably because the seasoning was just right and there were a lot of vegetables. It's a radium spring, so it's not that hot, but after about 10 minutes of soaking, your body stays warm. The sunset was obscured by clouds just before it set, but as you can see in the photo, it was spectacular. Of course, even if it's sunny, there's nothing to say. I suppressed the feeling of not wanting to go home and checked out. The staff were kind and I would like to use them again.

I booked the best room for a family celebration. It looks like some places have been renovated, but it looks nice at first glance, but because the toilet is old, for some reason the door to the toilet is the type that pushes inward instead of pulling, and when you try to enter, the slippers go to the back and it's narrow. It was also difficult to use. I wonder why the old design was a push type door instead of a pull type door. I was also surprised to find that there was a standing toilet for men, which was designed in the past. It's been a while since I saw it. The owner didn't use it. There was a bath in the room, but it wasn't a hot spring. There was a large public bath and an open-air bath, but it was normal. Basically, it seems like a high-class ryokan, and the prices are reasonable, but overall I thought it was a typical ryokan. However, the view of the ocean from the room and the hot spring was truly spectacular, and I could see the ocean while eating, so I really felt like I was paying for it. If the weather is nice, you can see the sunset, and the blue sky of the sea is even more spectacular. Unfortunately, it was cloudy when I was there.I was finally able to stay in a new room with an open-air bath. The view of the sea from the open-air bath in the room was truly amazing, and I was truly blown away. Personally, I had a hair dryer stand and an actress light, which was very nice. I would like to be more relaxed, so I would be happy if you could check in at 2pm or check out at 11am.

I stayed in Golden Week in 2024.My elderly parents and two other families will be staying in a new building with an open-air bath in the room. My parents canceled the day before due to coronavirus, and the cancellation fee for one room was 80%, which was about 200,000 yen per night. The sunset seen from the room was very beautiful. The food was also delicious. However, the service was very disappointing and I will never visit again. At checkout at 10 o'clock, the family was divided into those who would go to a nearby aquarium and those who would not.I waited in the lobby behind the reception desk, and when my husband was about to leave the front door, he asked me, ``Where do you want to go?'' I said, ``I'm going to the aquarium, but I'll be back in about an hour.''Then, in a harsh tone“After checking out, you will be asked to leave the building. You will not be able to use the lobby.”said a man who seemed to be in charge.Afterwards, as we headed to the car, there was no help with our luggage, and a person who appeared to be the landlady told us, ``The aquarium may be full, so please be careful.''I knew it might be full, so I decided to split into two and try to walk. .I've stayed at many ryokan inns, but this is the only place where you can check in and check out in the lobby, and when you leave the hotel...The new building costs about 50,000 yen per person including tax, and strict entry and exit times should be listed on the website, and should also be mentioned at check-in.For the same price, a ryokan in Akita called "Wabizakura" doesn't have a sea view, but it does have a large indoor open-air bath and a garden. Of course, there was no time limit in the lobby and the service was good. I recommend that one.
