Parking space for everyone. The soba noodles have a unique appearance, and the staff is cheerful. It's a tatami room, so it might be difficult for people with bad backs. If you sit by the window, is it a mountain stream? It might be nice to see the scenery too.

? Black soba? There are no shops in Noboribetsu Onsen where you can eat or sell black soba. There are no noodle factories in Noboribetsu Onsen. There are two noodle factories in Noboribetsu City, but I have never seen or heard of black soba.Does it use Noboribetsu Onsen water? It's a mystery.

My girlfriend said, ``I want to eat soba at a restaurant that looks like an old folk house❣️,'' so I visited. Although it was a little far from the station, I was holding hands and having a conversation with my girlfriend, so I lost track of time and arrived in no time. The inside of the restaurant is housed in an old private house, giving it a nostalgic atmosphere from the Showa era. She loves old folk houses and was captivated by the warmth and history of the spaces. From the veranda, you can see the rich nature of Okutama and soothe your soul. The warm wooden pillars, beams, and ceiling vividly evoked her childhood memories and made her feel at ease, as if she had come to her grandmother's house in the countryside. And because the soba noodles are made with the phantom Otoishifu soba, which gives you a sense of Hokkaido's vast nature, it was jet black, had a smooth texture, and was refreshing without any stickiness. The clean water of Okutama makes the soba noodles even more chewy and smooth, enhancing its flavor. It was a very satisfying dish with a nice aroma of the soup stock, a delicious taste of the soup stock, and a refreshing taste. ...As I spend more and more time with her, I feel like we can overcome any obstacle together. My encounter with this restaurant gave me an inquisitive mind about whether there are many delicious soba restaurants in Okutama...⁉️, and I started walking around Okutama!! ️

It really feels like an old private house, and the interior is relaxing and makes you want to explore.A nice service where you will be greeted by about 7 cats at the entrance!!Apparently there are about 10 of them, but I couldn't meet them all...It's like being guided to a tatami room and ordering.I had Tsukimi Tororozaru Soba and simmered butterbur, and I was surprised when I tried the sweet flavor of simmered butterbur for the first time!It was quite delicious. The soba is black soba, and I thought it would be soft country soba, but it was chewy, smooth, and easy to eat.The soup isn't too salty and it's easy to eat, and you can order walnuts as a condiment for an extra charge, but unless you hate walnuts, I highly recommend you order and try it!Soba-yu is a smooth type, but the soba noodles are rough on the bottom? Squish? The soba flavor was strong and delicious. The toilet is Western-style, but it's small, so it might be a bit difficult if you're all dressed up.

When I stopped by in the afternoon, I was the only customer. The friendly-looking owner and Hachiware Neko-sama welcome you.Enjoying the famous black soba while looking at the old-fashioned building and the mountains of Okutama was exceptional!
