First experience staying at the Balebat Hotel.1. The building is a bit old... but it's good... yesterday my child came here... ordered via Trip but there was a problem. The orderer didn't have a name. Had to pay another, more expensive fee because the trip got a promo. cm The problem has been resolved because the trip party is responsible change the money and pay according to the cheaper application.

You should pay more attention to room cleanliness, especially toilets and sinks. Please also pay attention to bed sheets and blankets. If it's damp, it's best to replace it. For a hotel with such facilities, it's not bad, the room is big, there is a TV, there is a water heater, there is a living room, bedroom and bathroom. There's a sofa too. It's worth it, the only thing that confused me was that when I went there I was always asked for 20 thousand cash for taxes or something, I don't know. My first booking was with Agoda, when I checked in I was asked for 20 thousand because I booked at Agoda, not at Oyo, because the hotel said it was Oyo Hotel. OK, I'll pay, I'll ask for a receipt or whatever, saying there are additional costs, I can't say anything. Then the second time I booked with Oyo, the price was more expensive than on Agoda yesterday. When I checked in, I was also asked for 20 thousand, I explained that I was booking at Oyo blabla, he said that 20 thousand was for the hotel, etc., I don't know. Maybe the employee wasn't honest, and was just taking care of it, because I asked about the water heater, he said there were no rooms with water heaters. Finally I chose the room I previously stayed in. The second time I was not comfortable with the blanket, sheet and pillowcase, it smelled bad, I didn't know whether to change it or wash it or not. Luckily I was tired so I didn't think about it too much, I was really sleepy. Overall, it's okay, quite worth it for the Bandung area. It's just not clear what the 20 thousand rule means.

The receptionist was super friendly, so we could choose which comfortable room we wanted as long as it matched the type ordered, it was really sophisticated and clean. Ordered a single room and it turned out that there were enough beds for two, the sofa + TV room were also spacious, it really felt like home. Just a suggestion, let's soak the bathroom with vixal or cleaner so it really shines. Love the rest!🫶🏻The location is not far from Jalan Setiabudi, turn left a little... Hidden gem
