My advice is don't book online with the promise "the price is 50 thousand, until you get there you are even given a room in a narrow alley which is already like a bunkhouse, and if you want a room in a beautiful palace you have to add 50 thousand for 1 night, and they will give you that." the worst room, with the reason that the room was full, even though at night I stayed there there were no other guests besides me, maybe they prepared a good room for on-the-spot renters at their standard price, I booked 2 nights and I only withdrew 1 night and look for another accommodation, the worst thing is the room that was given to me, in the bathroom window there were lots of used condoms and they didn't clean it or throw it away... really don't really recommend it

Order on the Oyo application when you check in. The photo in the application is different.. The room is dirty and the smell of poop from the bathroom doesn't go away even though it has been flushed many times.. The room has lots of flies.. The sheets have lots of yellow spots.What's worse, the receptionist is very impolite and impudent!!Not recommended!!!

PLEASE THINK AGAIN ABOUT STAYING HERE!!When we wanted to check in, we were asked for an additional fee of 30k/person due to the Eid holiday season. the room offered did not match what was ordered. dirty, damp, smelly room with dirty bed sheets, TV didn't turn on. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS in the application. The receptionist was dishonest because we ordered deluxe but were given a ROTTEN room.

Paraaaah, Oyoo or the worst hotel and not recommended at all. The price is crazy, 150 thousand for 2 people. 3 people add 75 thousand. Asking to move rooms for the three of us wasn't given. Broken TV, broken faucet/shower, broken plugs. Didn't get a towel or anything at all. The mattress blanket was dirty with lots of blood marks. There is a hot water heater but it is said to be broken. Bad service. He was rude and said, "Just pay 75 thousand, it's your fault that you ordered for 2 people but 3 people came." I'm not hiding my friend. Go straight to the receptionist. Immediately said he wanted to move rooms for 3 people. If you want to ask for water to drink, there isn't any, and if you want to ask for hot water to brew popmie, there isn't any. Oh my gosh😭 I don't want to haha🤏🏻

If there were 0.5 stars, I would give 0.5 for this hotel. Until Sanah was asked for 100% of the price that had been ordered on the application (200+) due to West Bandung government regulations. It doesn't make sense, why not just update the app? Finally asked for 100. Because we were so tired, we finally said yes. When I got to the room, the room was super ticklish, the blanket had lots of mold and lipstick marks, it was damp, there were items on the walls. The TV just looks dusty, the mat looks like it's never been washed. It's damp when you lift it and it's crusty. It feels like I don't want to touch the floor. The sink doesn't work, the toilet also doesn't work. The rooms also don't match those in the application picture. If you look at this review, please fix the property, it's a shame, even though the location is close to the main road and close to everywhere. It's better to just be honest 👎

Bosq doesn't recommend staying here in terms of lack of comfort, facilities and prices that are not appropriate. Sounds from the next room and outside sounded very noisy. When I first came here, I was asked for an additional 50 thousand, even though I had booked online for around 70 thousand. I'd better look for a hotel that's as expensive as it is. But the service is quite good, the people don't care. All-in-one food in case of a food emergency. Strategic location near the Cikole tourist area.

Hotel does not match online orders. Firstly, when I arrived, I was asked for an additional fee of 50 thousand on the pretext of not collaborating with Agoda, you had to order on the OYO app. Facilities are lacking, there is no AC as advertised, the TV is just a display, the sink needs to be repaired, and cleanliness is very poor. The worst thing was that the sound of chatter could be heard from the next room. In particular, I was very disappointed at the beginning when I had to add fees. Even though there are still many hotels that are cheaper but delicious. Apart from that, I appreciate the guard service because it is friendly and willing to serve.
