It’s a beautiful property, not very crowded and very well maintained. There pool area is in between the jungle which gives you a very raw feel with all the class. Must plan your stay here. Completely worth it.

This place is insane. The staff are so unbelievably kind, and happy! The bedrooms are so big, clean and perfect temp. The free Buffett breakfast is so good. The pool is incredible such a epic spot. Free shuttle into town and back daily! 10/10

1- The staff service is perfect, they are very friendly - thanks to all.2- the location is great as its away from ubud but yet so close. The providing shuttle service to center.3- the food is really nice good options to start up your day.THE REASON I GIVE 3 stars:1- the bed sheets cover was not clean.2- the bed is noisy at night.3- the room cleanness is not well maintained.4- the towels has not great smells so get your’s.5- bathroom smells bad at night ( 2nd day it was there ).6- room service dont change the bed cover even after 3rd day.The only location and pool forgive’s the hotel!!!

Very nice hotel, the infrastructure is worthy of a 5 star. The infinity pool overlooking the forest is its greatest quality.The catering, whether breakfast or dinner, is delicious. The staff is also adorable like everywhere in Bali. The only downside was the smell of humidity in the room, which was very present. Also the cleaning could be improved, lots of dead insects everywhere. But given the geographical location this is normal. The location is also ideal just minutes from the center of Ubud

1. The staff service is incredible , they are very friendly and welcoming - thanks to all.2. The locations is great as it is away from the city but yet so close, hiring a scooter was a wise choice we made.3 the food was amzziinggggg at UME and the breakfast was great (especially presentation ) I love the concept of having al a carte.4. The bed is extremely comfortable and a beautiful room.5. biggest let down which is why I am not rating 5 is we sent our clothes to get washed and they came back all dirty still and not washed and dredged, also under the bed and bathroom sink there is so much dust , housekeeping does not maintain the areas

For Horison hotel standard is good, clean room, good location with nice view and river sound down below. Still new only 1 year, towel still fluffy. Staff very accomodating, we need to see sunrise at 4.30 am the staff prepare the breakfast box.... they could've done better with such a good location and pool. They need to have more staff especially to maintain the garden.

Checked in early, said we were trying to get into the room quickly, knowing that we had to wait a long time and but we didn't try to do it at the start... you know, we won't wait that long if we can't. This lack of service makes us lose time waiting

2M at Horison Ume is a MEDICINE for me, because previously I stayed 2M at a well-known Nusa2 hotel, the result was severe ZONK.at breakfast for toddlers, there was no fried rice, but I requested fried rice, please make it... The service here is really great..the swimming pool is really clean... It's different from Nusa2 hotels, even though it's 3 million a night in Nusa2.Horizon Ume, the only bad thing is the access to the hotel... a small alley. and about 15 minutes to Ubud city center

Clearly one of our best hotel ever.We had our best experience on Bali in this hotel. The complex is clean and the installations are recents and well maintained, the food is really good, the staff is always there for you. They also have a free shuttle to go to city center of Ubud.They all have been really kind and cheerful with us. Special thanks to Tawan, for his time and tips about what to do near Ubud and about his culture, we’ll never forget those conversations, thank you again.Best wishes to all of you from the frenchies of the room 204 !
