Accommodation with a large public bathIt's nice to have a large public bath and sauna in a business hotel.The lobby is on the second floor, so there is no elevator, so you have to take the stairs, but there is an intercom next to the stairs, so if you press it, a staff member will come down.Although the building is relatively old, it is kept clean. The room is relatively large.For breakfast, we will choose a variety of Japanese, Western, curry, etc. the day before.It's convenient because there are a supermarket and two convenience stores near JR Kochi.Although it is a little far from Obiyamachi such as Hirome Market, there are many restaurants near the hotel so it is not a problem.

Good value for money and good accessibility as it is close to Kochi Station. It was difficult to find accommodation during the Kochi Yosakoi festival season, but I was lucky to find this place. I had a unique experience because it was a Japanese-style accommodation, not a Western-style hotel.

Poor hotel. The staff was rude. I was asking for a car parking but the staff asked me to park over 1km away with a high rate. They said nearby parking was not available but I managed to find at least one that cost less and more closer to the hotel. We requested for a non-smoking room but at the end it has strong smoking smell. Also, the floor of the toilet was leaking water.

I often come here because the price, rooms, and service are good, but because of the seared bonito and the garlic that is unique to Kochi, if there is even one person on that floor who has eaten there, the whole room smells like garlic.My nose has gotten used to it, but the moment I step out of the bathroom after taking a bath in the morning, a strong garlic odor hits my nose.It's a disadvantage of having a bar nearby, but it really stinks.It smells so bad that I even wrote that I was hungry.

An old-fashioned business hotel.It was old and didn't feel clean, and even though the slippers were covered with disinfected paper, there was a strong smell of someone's feet, and the bed was damp. There is mold on the curtains... The toilet on the second floor had a foul odor. disappointing…. However, it was quiet even though it was near the station.

I think it's convenient because it's close to Kochi Station.However, I stayed in a Japanese-style room, and there was a lot of dust behind the refrigerator, and a lot of dust on the air conditioner vent...The coin laundry was unexpectedly outside, and there was a lot of dust on top of the coin laundry...That's why the hotel's reviews are so bad. There wasn't any, so I stayed here, but the whole hotel was so dusty that my feet started to itch just walking around the hotel. My small child had never coughed before, but when I turned on the air conditioner, he coughed a lot and I will never use this hotel again.The customer service felt hospitality, but the room was the worst.

It is located about a 5-minute walk from Kochi Station, and there are many sightseeing spots within a 10-minute walk.The facility is old, but the cleanliness is average. However, the hallway in front of the room and inside the elevator had a strong smell of cigarettes, making it a very difficult environment for non-smokers. Deodorizers were placed everywhere, but they were ineffective. I think it needs some major cleaning.There is a large public bath, so that was nice.

Used on Shikoku touringThe first floor is a parking lot, and there is a long chair for customers who came by motorcycle, which was convenient for putting on and taking off helmets and equipment.It was a decent hotel with a large public bath.

It's convenient because it's close to the station. I stayed overnight without meals, but it was enough. I was a little out of breath climbing the stairs to the entrance with my suitcase in hand, but I was grateful that the staff carried me downstairs when I checked out.

I stayed for the first time at a business hotel located behind the Comfort Hotel in front of K's Denki near Kochi Station.The reception is on the second floor, but there is no elevator.When you ring the bell, an employee will carry your luggage for you.The bed is made by Simmons, but it is a semi-double bed with two pillows side by side, so it is narrow.The toilet and bath in the room were small, but the public bath on the second floor was spacious and clean.There was also a sauna in the men's bath.The sauna was an electric type and was 103 degrees.The sauna was large enough to accommodate several people.Baths are open from 3:00pm to 8:00pm and from 6:30am to 9:30am, so it's comfortable for bath lovers.There are no lockers with keys in the men's bath, so be careful. I wonder why they don't make it like a women's bath. Also, the sound of the bathroom entrance door closing was very noisy and unpleasant.There was only one massage device in front of the large bath that you could use while lying down, and it was free to use and felt great.The floor of the toilet in the room was dented and was repaired with tape.The refrigerator is sometimes noisy,I could sometimes hear the sounds next door.Breakfast is included and men's and women's baths are included for this price, so you can't help but have a little trouble.This time I made a reservation through Yahoo Travel at a discounted price, but there was only a smoking room available, so I had to borrow an air purifier.All the employees were kind.There are more than 10 bicycles that can be borrowed for free, so it was helpful to be able to borrow them whenever I wanted.If you prioritize comfort, choose the Comfort Hotel (bed width 140cm, all rooms are non-smoking), or if you prioritize the comfort of the public bath, choose Minatoya (Simmons semi-double bed 120cm, smoking).Twin rooms are quite expensive, so I thought I could sleep more comfortably in a 4.5 tatami non-smoking Japanese room with two futons.

This hotel is within walking distance from Kochi Station.It seems a little far away, but it's within walking distance.The lobby is on the second floor up the stairs.The first thing that surprised me was how energetic the employees were!It feels good to be greeted cheerfully.When I came in and out at other times, I was greeted by another employee, who was also cheerful.It's company policy.My first impression is very good.It's an old hotel.The room and bathroom are small.There is no problem if you stay alone.Cleaning is done properly.The only problem I had was the air conditioning system.I can't adjust the temperature myself.It was a hot day for early spring, but there was so much yellow dust that I couldn't open the windows.The closed room was hot and uncomfortable.I would like to install an air conditioner that can be adjusted in each room.
