It's been 5 months since I've been here, and since I've been here for a while, the staff has changed quite a bit. Some of the staff members I'm close with have disappeared, and I wonder if they're leaving because of the pay or the harshness of the shifts. Employees are not robots or slaves, they are human beings.If you want to quit, please do so.If you don't secure enough talented people, the company will not be able to operate properly, and you will be forced to work at an impossible pace, leading to an avalanche of turnovers, and you will not be able to do business. There doesn't seem to be any. It's a top-notch facility, so I don't want it to go away, so please reconsider!

I stayed only once in the past and used a high-grade private room. Here's what happened at that time:・Due to a mistake on Karumaru's part, the auto-lock remained inoperative "all night."・After checking out, it was discovered that some of my personal belongings were missing.・When I contacted Karumaru to confirm about the lost item, I received a reply saying, ``We will check with other staff members and contact them.''- Several hours have passed since then, but there has been no contact. I became suspicious and due to time constraints, I took a taxi to Karumaru and checked with the front desk, who replied that they hadn't checked with the other staff yet, and that they were busy and forgot.Regarding the above, even if you request a guarantee for the taxi fare, of course there is no guarantee, and even if you request to share the footage from the surveillance camera, the answer will be ``We have confirmed that there is no problem here'' or ``There is nothing suspicious.'' "There was no such thing," and "I can't share."I felt that the facility lacked the minimum level of safety that a hotel should have and was a very risky accommodation facility.

Regarding payment for the 1 hour course. If you use the payment machine without giving a good explanation at the time of admission and just using the excuse that it is written on the signboard, you will be automatically charged for 2 hours and you will not be able to get a refund.It is almost a scam, so please stop it immediately. .

It's disgusting for female staff to invade the bathroom and sauna even though it's a male-only facility, so I'd like them to stop.I think if you reverse the gender and think about it, you can understand how crazy things are. It's strange that there is such sexism these days.The facility itself has many types of saunas and cold baths, and is relatively clean as it is new, but the inside of the facility can be smelly.Also, depending on the location of the capsule, is it an employee waiting room? You may be assigned a room near a place like this, but in that case, you can hear the chatter of the employees, so it is not quiet.
