I made a reservation online as it was a private hot spring with a day trip meal included. On the way, there was a traffic jam due to road construction and an accident.I was about 30 minutes late for my reservation, so I called.Thank you for your kind consent. Please extend my bath time.I also took a relaxing dip in the hot springs. The food is very salt-grilled river fish. It's fragrantIt was delicious.A very bright and kind young proprietressHe carefully guided me around the building.Thank you very much to the grandma (maybe the landlady here?).I would like to visit you again if I have a chance.

The building is old but has been renovated and the rooms are clean. The bath is spacious for a guesthouse-style inn of this type, and three people can take a bath at the same time. …

Although it was a last-minute reservation over the phone on the same day, I was very happy that they readily accepted the reservation.Although it was a short time, we were able to make some very good memories with the warm customer service that can only be expected from a long-established store. Also, the private bath and dinner course meal were amazing!I'm thinking of using it for an overnight stay next time!

I stayed here for 2 nights on a weekday.Although I was the only female staying there, I was very impressed by the kindness of the staff at the inn.The food, the room, the hot springs, everything about it was a great stay. All the dishes were delicious, but the charcoal-grilled fish was delicious...and it went well with the sake...Is the room a little old? I thought so, but the sink and restroom are modern so there was no inconvenience at all!The hot springs can also be reserved for private use, so we were able to slowly relieve the fatigue of the mountain climbing without having to worry about being seen. The Okutama folk tales that the grandfather told me were also very interesting, and he answered my questions carefully, which was very helpful...!Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality until the end! When I come to Okutama again, I will stay at Arasawaya.Everyone please take care of yourself ^ ^
