The arrangement of tiger fish, spiny lobster, and various other fish is wonderful. Mr. Nakai is also skillful.

We ate all the seafood we had including okoze, spiny lobster, prawns, abalone, and yellowtail! All are exquisite 😋It was snowing and cold, so I was able to check in early, and even during busy times, they kindly arranged for me to pick up and drop off at a nearby hot spring.I was relieved by the homely customer service. The good old ryokan style is really good!

Hinata-san was a bright and very pleasant person! I was surprised at how reasonably priced the fish dishes were, even though they were so lavish! I want to go eat there again!

I thought the various dishes made with fresh local fish and the Iichiko were extremely delicious. The sunrise seen from here was also very beautiful, and I was impressed by the beautiful view of Sumiyoshihama Beach.

The building is so old and quaint that you can feel the history, but the food is full of fresh seafood, and to be honest, it's so voluminous that you won't be able to finish it all in one meal. The stonefish sashimi in particular was exquisite, with a crunchy texture and a strong umami that you could feel as you chewed.

Thank you for taking care of me when my family of three went on a trip to Kitsuki. They prepared a large room on the third floor with 12 tatami mats, so I was able to relax. You can see the calm sea of Morie Bay from the window. The building is old, so there are no elevators or other facilities, and the hallways and stairs are dark, with large steps that made it difficult to get to the bathroom on the first floor. The bath is not a hot spring, but they will take you to the nearby "Ikoi-no-Yu" by car. For dinner, we had the ``Standard Course,'' and we had the famous stonefish made in the shape of a fish. Stonefish have poisonous stingers, and I think it takes a high level of skill to handle them. It was my first time to eat sashimi, and it had a unique sweetness and bitterness, and rather than being impressed, I was left wondering, "Wow, this is what it tastes like." In addition, fresh local seafood such as sashimi of tiger prawns, sea bream, and amberjack, simmered in kabuto, fried chicken, vinegared dishes, chirashi sushi, etc. were also served. There was so much food that even I, a big eater, couldn't finish it all, and I felt sorry for the 11,000 yen accommodation fee. The person in charge of the guest room was friendly and approachable, like a relative, and did his best to serve us tea and food, adjust the air conditioner, and make sure we had a comfortable stay. Hinataya's name was on the 500 yen discount coupon I received for sightseeing in Kitsuki, so I called before my visit to ask if I could use it, but I was told, ``I don't know.'' I understand that it is complicated because there are various discounts available through government support, but I wish I had understood it properly.
