Super quiet, clean, pleasant and comfortable villa. Far enough from the center of Ubud to escape the crowds, but close enough to visit the temples (10 minutes by motorcycle). The environment, near the rice fields, is very beautiful. Good place to relax and unwind.The staff was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. We had to pay in cash because the POS didn't work.

We checked-in last minute due to an other disappointing venue and Kevin and the 3 beagles staff were just amazing: flexible, friendly, and fun. The distance to Ubud centre is not walking distance but the staff arranged a scooter rental for us. If you’re visiting the waterfalls, temples, etc. this villa has the perfect location between the center and that. We recommend staying here.

Good value for money hotel, but they do not offer breakfast service, nor do they offer you any alternative, so you have to leave the hotel to have breakfast but you do not have anything nearby since it is somewhat far from the central area. The service of the workers is very good, they also offer a motorcycle rental service (an external company and a high price in my opinion 130k/day small motorbike)There was a day when we left the coffee cups in the outside area and they were not changed or picked up.And when we get to the night they were still thereWe found some bug inside the room, there is also some type of bird/animal that is in the ceiling area and leaves shit on the floor, in the bed area they have a kind of awning so that they fall there and not in bed.The location if you don't have a motorcycle... you will have to take a grab (taxi)Next door they are doing construction and at six in the morning they are already making noise and you can hear music from the radio or nearby placesSeveral aspects must be improved

The parking area is in a block of large rocks... while the villa is positioned at the corner of a small road... so the driver has difficulty dropping off guests in the parking area... this condition is not very good for guests who will visit... it seems impressive DO NOT ACCEPT GUESTS WHO BRING CARS

Booked it last minute as I had to move from a previous place I was staying. The place was very clean and spacious. The guys at the reception was very smiley and helpful. Only bad thing is that unfortunately found some lizards inside which were very loud, also to have a POS to be able to pay by card as I had to do a bank transfer upon my arrival which took several minutes and I was exhausted at that time.

Hello friends, those who are looking for good housing. We had this situation, we only had cash and we decided to look for a decent option and settled on this. We contacted them and explained the whole situation, to which we received an affirmative answer (that we can count on her being booked). On the day when we left the hotel and were already getting into a taxi, we decided to write that we were leaving... but we were told, sorry, we paid for the room. It turns out that no one booked anything, but just pretended. In general, friends, it’s up to you to draw further conclusions, but I really don’t want people who do this to work with people. Have a good rest and good mood everyone!

Very cool villa. We lived there for more than a week and were very pleased. Clean, very beautiful well-kept area. The villa itself is new and bright. They don't clean every day, but if we needed it, we asked and they cleaned it for us without any problems. Friendly staff. They always smile, it's so nice)

I had wonderful experience at this place.Everything about this villa is just amazing, location, the host and staff, cleanliness of the spacious room, oh couldn't forget their huge bathub too! 😄It is near Petulu Heron Bird Colony Watch Point you can watch the thousand herons come in to roost in the trees around this village.Their rooftop with incredible views of the rice terraces is breathtaking, definitely my favorite spot to chill and feel the breeze. ☺️I will highly recommend this place for anybody who wants an amazing stay in Ubud.

It was a nice place to stay, especially if you're looking for a place to find serenity.The villa is located near the Kokokan (White Heron) Bird Watch, it is such a magical view!!Moreover, I spent my night in there by watch movies and drink beer (you can buy it in place). Their big TV screen was definitely mesmerized me!ps: They had an adorable dog named Cece! I miss her already 🥺🥺

The villa was great! I had a good time here, the staffs were awesome! There’s a cute little dog who guards the villa so it is more than safe! 😂 and there’s a heron watching spot to see the famous kokokan birds near the villa too!

The villa is great, perfect location. It's surrounded by quiet and peacefularea, a nice place if you need to run away fromdaily busy activities in the city. The host andstaff are very kind and helpful during ourholiday. I will back again !! 😉

Very good, so cozy, clean. This villa is surrounded by rice fields 😍 and is located in the kokoan bird area. To monkey forest only about 15 minutes, to Tegalalang only 15 minutes 👍🏻
