The single room is, to put it simply, compact. It would be more comfortable if it was a little wider.I was satisfied with the food and service. If I have a chance, I would like to use it again.

I used to use Restaurant Fuji, but they no longer serve lunch and the menu is lacking, so it's not as lively as before, and it's starting to feel a little deserted. It's a shame.

This is a prestigious luxury hotel that once hosted the Emperor of Japan. There is an onsen on the 7th floor, but only the large communal bath uses the onsen water, so it may not be available at certain times of the day. The hotel is quite far from the nearest station, so having a car is necessary for visiting. However, there are few taxis at the station, and bus services are very limited, making it quite difficult for those without their own transportation to stay at the hotel.Although the hotel is near a shopping street, which might suggest a convenient location, the shops and restaurants in the area aren't particularly noteworthy. As a result, the location isn't as ideal as it may seem. The hotel offers free bicycle rentals, and if you're driving an electric vehicle, there are charging stations available.

I stayed here for 2 nights with breakfast included from R6.7.31. I used this hotel for sightseeing, but I got the impression that there were more businessmen than tourists. There were 3 parents and children, 2 beds and 1 bed made from a converted sofa, but we were very satisfied. The main part of the trip will be activities at the Shimanto River, and it would be nice to be able to change clothes and wash swimsuits, but there are no washing machines or dryers. However, there was a 24-hour coin laundry a few minutes walk away (southwest of the hotel), so I used that. You can search on Google Maps. (Coin laundry Yamagiwa)The breakfast was quite satisfying for office workers, but for a travel destination it was just average (sorry). The buffet also had the standard curry, so I ate a lot with my kids. The customer service was polite and I was completely satisfied.

I stayed here on a motorcycle trip. The parking lot does not have a roof, but it is free. It's a beautiful hotel. All the necessary amenities are available and there are no complaints.Breakfast is expensive at 1,600 yen.The menu is extensive, but nothing special.

The rooms are clean, the service is good, the location is good, and it's cheap!I wish the public bath was a little bigger. The small bathhouse is painful because people have no choice but to wait in the sauna room 🥹

The room was clean and the staff were polite and welcoming.I was a little disappointed that the public bath was smaller than I expected. There is a mont-bell shop on the first floor. We have local (Shimanto) T-shirts.

New Royal Hotel Shimanto. I used it during the Gyakuuchi Shikoku 88 Sacred Sites Tour. There are no sightseeing spots nearby that you can walk to, so you can only relax in your room. There is also a hot spring, but the men's and women's baths change depending on the time, so if you don't get the timing right, you might not be able to enjoy the experience. But it might be perfect for this purpose. I don't know.

Accommodation for 1 person without meals. There is a mont-bell on the first floor.Parking is at the back 🅿️FreeThere are many restaurants around. There is one large bath and one small bath, and the baths are rotated by men and women depending on the time.I could hear people talking in the hallway and next door (although they were drunk and loud) and I couldn't calm down.
