This is an inn with a nice atmosphere.

This is my 4th time using it.This time I made a reservation from the official website, so I will write my review here.The bath is a good spring with a high alkalinity and a faint sulfur scent.The bathtub is divided into two tanks: lukewarm water and extra-warm water.In particular, the ultra-warm water has an ``insensitive temperature'', so you can feel as if your body is melting into the water.Because the water is heated, the bathing time is short, but when I'm not eating, I enjoy soaking in the hot springs to the fullest.This time I used a room with a toilet. There is a washlet and a chair on the veranda, so is it Western-style like me? It can be used comfortably even by people who are accustomed to the lifestyle of people living in Japan (by the way, I think the shared toilet was also a washlet)There is no refrigerator in the room, but there is a small refrigerator in the common hallway, so it is enough to keep drinks you bring in cold (I think there was an ice machine on the balcony on the first floor, so I wonder if ice can be procured locally).As for the food, it's amazingly locally produced and locally consumed Satoyama cuisine. In particular, the wild vegetable dishes and wild game dishes are exquisite, and when paired with a wide variety of Kuma shochu, you can have a blissful time.There are two types of dining options: chair seats and tatami rooms, but you can choose one if you ask in advance (I always ask for chair seats).If you are going by public transportation, I think it is very convenient as there is a bus stop for local buses from the Hitoyoshi area nearby. (I think it's better) Although the frequency is small, there are buses at all times of the day, so I think it would be possible to enjoy nearby activities while staying overnight (although it might be mountain climbing or a public bath) )This is my first time making a reservation from the official website, and I feel like it's cheaper than making reservations from Jalan or Rakuten.Overall, I think it's a good inn where you can enjoy good spring water and Satoyama cuisine.

It was a relaxing and warm stay where I was able to learn about the deliciousness of wild vegetables.

The quality of the hot springs here is the best😍But it's a little lukewarm.

The hot water is very soft and you can stay in it forever. You will feel the warmth gradually afterward. The innkeepers are also kind and make you feel warm. This is my favorite hot spring.
