I stayed in a suite at Risonare in mid-October.I was really looking forward to it, but my expectations were too high.It can't be helped that the building is old, but the shower booth smelled really musty.Even the kids walked in and said, ``It smells weird!''Maybe I'm being picky, but there was a lot of dust around the sofa and on the light next to the sofa.I have asthma to begin with, but maybe because it was so dusty, I had a bit of asthma every night and it was painful.The carpet on the floor was full of stains, and children's candy, probably belonging to the previous guest, was on the floor.Also, due to a replenishment mistake, there was something watery in the treatment, so I ended up using it without realizing it at first.Even though it was a treatment, it lathered up and made my hair feel squishy. I don't know what was mixed in.When I called the front desk, they said, "I'll come check it out," and didn't even apologize over the phone. I also waited, but it took about 10 minutes.I wore my pajamas to attend, but I wanted her to come early because I was waiting with wet hair.I think if you think about it, you'll understand why you should respond quickly in the situation I described...Also, maybe it can't be helped due to the timing, but the stink bugs were amazing.A large amount of it also enters the inside of the car. It also sticks to your clothes when you walk.The first floor lobby and hallways are also full of stink bugs. There were a lot of stink bugs that had been stepped on and were walking around in the hallway, which was really stressful for me as I hate insects.A stink bug also came into the restaurant, and since our seat was directly under the light, the stink bug fell onto the table, so we had to change seats.Nothing special was said at that time. I thought it was my fault for worrying about insects, but I think it's strange that they don't care about insects falling while they're eating.Also, I didn't see them cleaning the hallways frequently, and the restaurant didn't seem to be taking any measures to prevent the insects from leaving the tables.Do you feel like it can't be helped?The room didn't feel clean, and even when I went outside, there were stink bugs, so I didn't feel at ease.I enjoyed the activities.I am disappointed that I was not satisfied overall with the price.

I stayed here with my dog during Obon.I was concerned that the rooms were generally old and that the dog-friendly rooms were low-level and could be seen from outside while taking a bath.Also, it was difficult to move around the premises, so I had to move my own car, but I was quite tired from the time I parked it in the parking lot to the time I returned to my room.The activities on the premises are basically for children, and I don't think they would be something you would do in Hokkaido.The food was very nice, but not much else.The wine bar was accommodating.You can only make reservations for 2 nights or more, but adults might have too much time on their own, so I think staying once is enough.

The room is spacious and comes with a jacuzzi and sauna. I was happy that I could see the fireworks from my room.However, the cleaning was disappointing.It's too big and not suitable for taking elderly people.I wonder if there will be a repeat?

The Risonare room was spacious and comfortable. The weather was nice, so the fireworks were visible at eye level. I was able to go to Unkai Terrace smoothly. All the restaurants were delicious. Nininupuri's French toast was so delicate it was exquisite.

I stayed in Hoshino for the first time! !I got a suite room with breakfast, and it was a shocking price (it was expensive because it was a long holiday...💦)You won't know until you experience it😀The room is on the 26th floor with a jacuzzi.Luxury feeling too spacious for two peopleBut the elevator is old...the door is old...It was nice to have a new bathtub after the renovation, but I wonder if they will fix it little by little. ?Anyway, walking the whole distance was amazing 🤣 I walked over 10,000 steps (good exercise)Take the 4:30 bus for guests only to Unkai TerraceIt was coldAlthough I couldn't see it, it was a beautiful sunrise🌅The seafood bowl at the buffet was delicious! Corn potage was delicious!

There is a shuttle bus connecting the two. You have to shuttle between the passages in snowy weather, which takes about 15-20 minutes to walk.For ski enthusiasts, it is very convenient to "ski in ski out" and travel between hotels by skiing. The instructor is located next to the tower. At present, both in- and out-of-the-mall instructors are available, so it took me two days to Practice skiing for half a day. Thanks to the cheap Japanese currency, one-on-one classes with overseas coaches are even cheaper than indoor classes in Taiwan.Before setting off, let the children watch the YouTuber's introduction. Since the hinterland is vast, let them be mentally prepared in advance. I also had a longing for the Jacuzzi with luxurious bubbles🫧. In fact, I stayed for two nights. The powerful foaming Jacuzzi and foaming agent allowed the two of them to spend a lot of time (even the frog mirror appeared)For breakfast, each room will be given two breakfast coupons, and you can choose from all restaurants in the hotel. Popular restaurants need to be reserved in advance.During the day and night, the museum provides various activities for young and old to discharge their energy. The hospitality of Hoshino Resorts employees is high. The rooms are clean, but some are showing their age. It was 150,000 yen for 2 nights. I booked a suite room as it was the only one available, but it wasn't really worth the price. I couldn't feel any emotion at all.-First of all, the room is a mess. It hasn't been properly renovated. It's cold and there's no air conditioning.-There are almost no amenities.-It's not a suite, just a family room. Calling this a suite and charging a high price only raises expectations, and you end up feeling cheated afterwards.-The reception is luxurious, but there is no service after that. I don't feel any hospitality.-The restaurant is a public dining room.-The bath is a public bath.-Everything on the premises is far away and difficult to access, and the roads at night are unfriendly with no directions or street lights.That's it.I was disappointed because I had high expectations for Hoshino Resorts.

Whether it is hiking or walking slowly among the resort woods, the trees are shaded and the wild flowers are blooming so beautifully.But a very unhappy thing,Stayed for two nights and got up at four o'clock two days in a row.Assemble in the lobby and take the park shuttle bus to the cable car. Take the cable car up the mountain to see the sea of clouds.The weather on the first day seemed like it was really hard to predict the chance of seeing the sea of clouds.But, strangely,The next day the sky was completely clear. Why?We arrived at the lobby,Just put up a sign saying,The weather is bad today and the Yunhai trip is cancelled.I can only go back to the room angry.It feels like I want to save some money on the cable car fee.

Restaurants, especially breakfast buffets, are safer. Hal's French toast and salmon salmon roe bowl were both amazing. Nininupuri, it gets crowded in the morning, so be careful. Teppanyaki tonight was delicious. Unkai Terrace. I wasn't able to see the sea of clouds, but it's better to go. Waking up super early in the morning will be a memorable experience. I also recommend Mina Mina Beach. Also, if it's sunny, the farm area is nice. No complaints overall. It was a bit expensive, but the service was good!

I stayed at Hoshino Resorts Risonare Tomamu for 2 nights on September 13th and 14th, 2024. I woke up at 3 a.m. on the 14th, but due to a problem with the gondola equipment, it was closed. Business was canceled on the 15th due to inclement weather, with heavy rain forecast from the morning. I didn't even get to climb the Unkai Terrace for two nights. The bad weather on the 15th was predicted, so I really regret the equipment failure on the 14th. If you are selling Unkai Terrace, please do a little more maintenance. The name of Hoshino Resorts has become hazy.
