This is for use from outside the prefecture!I was able to forget about everyday life and relax in the stylish space, the sound of rain, and nature~🌿The open-air bath in the morning in the facility recommended by my older sister had a great view of the ocean✨Recommended for people who want to relax in nature!

Yamamizuki is a wonderful place if you would like to go glamping in Shikoku. We have enjoyed the beautiful sun rise, sunset and star glazing, with fascinating natural environment. No need to worry about the supporting facilities. All of them are very clean and in a high quality, in particular the shower and onsen. Thank you for the services of host and staff, with fluent english for foreigners and delicious food served. We do have a good day in Yamamizuki!

This place is amazing, owner is very friendly and helpful.Room:We stayed at the sea view glamping site, the view is spectacular. You can see the river meets the ocean. We saw the sunset, stargazed at night and woke up early to see the sunrise, all done in our camp. We also had fireworks near our camp, fireworks that do not create loud noise are allowed.Food:We ordered BBQ for dinner, everything is prepared and the food is good, especially the vegetables, I think those are grown by themselves or farmers nearby. Great way to support the locals. If you are not into BBQ, there are equipments for cooking as well. We had a hearty breakfast before we leave.Onsen:The private onsen is very clean (as well as the whole camp site actually), I can imagine if going to the onsen during sunset would be amazing.Overall, everything is amazing, would definitely recommend people going! Stay a night and put all your worries behind.

On the last day of kayaking down the Shimanto River, we took a day trip to the hot springs. As I was driving around the grounds of the day trip hot spring, not knowing where the reception was, my car fell onto a step and I was unable to escape on my own. As soon as I called, four staff members came to the rescue, and with the help of a light truck and human power, I was able to escape. I was very happy with the lightness and attentiveness of the staff.Speaking of the hot springs, the view of the Shimanto River estuary and the sea was amazing! After I got out of the hot spring, I wanted to thank them again, but there was no one at the reception desk, so I thought they were busy, so I just left. I wish there was a chime at the reception, and I thought the access was a little difficult for first-time visitors (I think there was one sign with an arrow pointing in the opposite direction...?).In addition to hot springs, it seems that there are many other activities such as camping and cafes, so I would like to come and stay the night next time.thank you very much!

It had a handmade feel and a great atmosphere, and the glamping dome along the river was in a great location, overlooking the sea from the mouth of the Shimanto River! 🙏I would like to visit again in autumn 🍁

It was a very disappointing stay as the open-air bath was not available.I came all the way from Shizuoka to enjoy the Shimanto River and hot springs. We were told that the open-air bath was undergoing maintenance and would only be available for private use.Of course, there was no prior notice.I was planning to enjoy an open-air bath with a spectacular view to my heart's content without being restricted by time, but I ended up using a private bath that requires reservations...After using the private bath, we continued to have a BBQ, and the smell of sweat and smoke made it uncomfortable to sleep. It's the worst. . .Later, when I explained the situation via email, I received the following response. We hope that future guests will find this helpful.ーーーーRegarding future maintenance, we would like to take measures such as conducting it on days when there are no reservations, and if a situation arises that requires maintenance, we will contact the customer in advance.ーーーー

Nothing can beat the view of Shimanto river from the reception. It was that view that i decided to stay 2 nights here. Totally worth it! We stay at one of the glamping site. All the things we need are there (for cooking), really convenient for those who wants to try camping but have no camping equipments like me 😂 Maybe you need to bring insect killer spray or repellent 😅They have private ofuro that you need to book upon check in (only available at night). I might suggest come early if you have a specific time that you want. Mine was at the sunset time and i had nothing to complaint 😍 The view was beautiful! They also have toilet in the public bath. Also, i heard there was an observatory deck but didn’t manage to check it out 😅Well done to Yamamizuki Team that lead by Marcelo-san. All staff were helpful and always greet you with a smile 😊 my husband and i really had an enjoyable stay. Easy, the best stay that i had in Japan ❤️
