I really liked the place, quiet, without roosters.. All questions and problems that arose were resolved instantly. We'll definitely be back!

The rooms are comfortable, rooms are limited to only 3 rooms, the most comfortable is in front of the pool, the other one is a bit lacking because the view is limited through one window / small balcony.The staff is friendly because they sleep in the front hut.Finding food is not too easy but there are several cafes near there. You can walk or ride a vehicle.Narrow parking is very limited.

We spent some excellent days in this Villa, my friends and I felt very comfortable, and at home. everything was clean, the house was big, we could enjoy the pool at night, while we looked at the stars. We also appreciate the excellent transportation service that Jusman provided us, it was excellent, he was always willing to help us, I always look for comfort and agility to be able to make all the plans we wanted. thank you very much to all. they make a good team

Nandika Villa is in a location that is very easy to find using Google Maps. There are swimming pool facilities that can be used. The swimming pool is very clean and well maintained, as for the rooms themselves, there are 3 rooms. 2 rooms at the top and 1 main bedroom at the bottom. For the rooms at the bottom, if we open the room door we are immediately greeted with a view of the swimming pool behind which there is a beautiful view of the rice fields. The owner is very friendly and responsive. In terms of price, it's really worth it, highly recommended! ♥️

We lived in the villa for almost three weeks.The photos that were in the ad are different from what actually happened. The villa requires care and cosmetic repairs. The walls are crumbling and ants have taken a liking to them. The plants are not looked after or trimmed.When we stopped by and started poisoning them, we spent more than one bottle of the product. Sometimes we even had to buy it with our own money, because there were ants everywhere, and the owner said that she had already given us a bottle of the product.The pool was cleaned 2, maybe 3 times throughout the entire period. It’s a shame that at the end of our stay at this villa they began to ignore our requests (for example, we paid for a large bottle of drinking water, a couple of days before departure we asked for water, but the staff said that he would not come today. We wrote to the hostess, she said write staff and so on in a circle).The villa itself is beautiful, the sunsets are very beautiful, but it is clear that it has not been taken care of.

We chose a place away from the crowd and noise in Central Ubud, hence it is about a 15-20mins grab ride away factoring in traffic.The place was clean and exceeded expectations. There is 1 room on the ground level (with a pool outside facing the paddy fields) and 2 on the upper floor. The view from the house is great! Wifi is generally weak throughout the house, as the wifi router is in one of the 2nd floor room.. it is barely usable from the 1st floor room.Aircon and fans are working well. Body wash and shampoo provided as well.The water kettle does not stop automatically on its own, hence you may need to watch it boil, else all the water would boil away if not switched off. It was the only kitchen appliance we used to cook cup noodles. The host provided drinking water and a dispenser. She was also nice to help our friend link up with someone for a scooter rental.The place is short of 5 stars as the power tripped, and everything was affected. May need to be careful about overloading the power outlets.

Had a great stay experience at this villa.The location is far from the crowds, with a direct rear view of the rice fields, the equipment in the villa is very good, including amenities.The owner is very kind and responds quickly, even when my flight was rescheduled, it could be negotiated. The villa staff were also very kind and helpful.I would recommend this visa with all the experiences it offers but with a very reasonable price.

The villa is cute, the view of the rice fields is good, the view from the balcony is also good, there is a bathtub, there are 3 rooms (1 below 2 above), the cooking utensils in the kitchen are very complete, the AC is cold, the glass is very clear, to be honest, it must be cleaned until it is transparent. Wow, the parking is spacious, the vibes here are really nice.It's just that the shape of the building makes it a bit confusing, hahaha, it's a bit strange, but never mind. Gathering space with him is a bit lacking in my opinion.Then there are a few misses, like the bathroom door on the 2nd floor doesn't have frosted glass but it's clear, so when you take a shower you can see it hey hello 😂🤣 and the mirror in the room on the 2nd floor is also really stingy, it's just in the same line, it's really sad 😭 then the bathtub also clogged. So I couldn't use it to take a shower, but finally my father came to fix it, thanks 🥰That's all. The rest is really cool if you have a lot of people staying here.
