Price does not match application..The room was dirty, the mattress had lots of mites, it was really scary. Came at 4 in the morning with the intention of resting, 3 or 4 hours because of the journey from Jakarta... didn't sleep because I was disgusted by the bed bugs. Where's the bite? It's so annoying 🥲

This is terrible, Oyo, when you have already booked and paid when you arrive the location is told it is already full. If you are not offered a room but are charged an additional price of 190 thousand then you will get a room. Just make a contract, it's strange 😠😠😠😠😠😠 That's what is displayed on the room prices in all the fake applications, they don't match reality, until Sono is definitely asked for an additional price that is bigger than the price displayed on the application, so you have to pay double. really detrimental
