Bike 500 yen!There were a lot of insects in August, especially horseflies!I got stabbed a lot.Also, the big ants bite normally.The toilet flushed and was clean, but there were bugs due to the location.The river is beautiful and cold, but it's full of rocks so be sure to wear footwear.You can have a light meal at the restaurant at the reception, and the char was delicious.It was August, and the temperature was 29 degrees Celsius during the day, but it dropped to around 23 degrees Celsius at night, and I woke up feeling chilly.This is an excellent campsite where you can feel nature.

At the Takitaro Festival catching competition held in May. Although it is an unexplored area as it is about 20km from the center of Asahi Village along a straight road through the mountains, it was very crowded with many repeat visitors looking forward to this festival. I would like to come again for car camping other than the festival.

We had a quiet time listening to the sound of the river. It's a nice campsite where you can enjoy nature to the fullest, although there isn't much to do.

Takitarō Park Auto Campground is a great outdoor play spot for the whole family.The visibility is good and you can feel safe even with children, but there is a river nearby so you need to keep an eye on it.You can drive inside, set up a tent or tarp wherever you like, and enjoy a barbecue or bonfire. There are few trees, so there are limited places to set up hammocks, but you can enjoy playing soccer or Frisbee in the square.There is a char fishing pond at the nearby Takitaro Hall, which can be enjoyed by both children and adults. In addition, the campsite is surrounded by nature, where you can enjoy the sound of a babbling stream and a refreshing breeze, and stay cool in the shade of the trees. The restrooms are new and clean, and are recommended for women and children.It can be accessed in less than an hour from the center of Tsuruoka City, and most of the roads along the way are clean and easy to navigate. Overall it's a great campsite. Please come and visit with your family.

There's nothing here, so it's good for true camping enthusiasts. 1 point increased because the attached toilet was new.
