【access】You can be picked up by microbus from Kashijima Station. You must contact us by phone in advance. It is located about 20 minutes from Kashiwajima Station.[Guest room]The homepage states that ``WiFi is only installed in the lobby and special rooms,'' but we were able to use WiFi even in non-special rooms. We stayed with two people, and they gave us two room keys (one of which was the key to the safe in the room).Air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled, and it is not possible to set the temperature or wind direction in detail.[Open-air bath]There is a shower in the open-air bath, but no shampoo or body soap is provided.According to the sign in the changing room, it is ``according to the provisions of the Hotel Business Act.''【alcohol】Alcohol is not sold at the shops or vending machines in the hotel, but canned beer (350 yen) and shochu high (350 yen) were available in the refrigerator in the room. When checking out, you will need to bring the slip to the front desk for payment.

We stayed here to celebrate our 39th wedding. This is a famous luxury inn in Hamashima that has been advertised in newspapers for some time. We chose an annex room for an additional fee. This is a beautiful room that is too spacious for a couple. We also have two natural hot spring baths, and the observation bath on the top floor has the best view. The shower head is switchable and comfortable. My wife says that the women's bath had a variety of shampoos and it was fun just choosing from them. The meals are made with high-quality ingredients such as Ise lobster, shark fin, Matsusaka beef steak, and boiled kabuto. The employees are also very nice and this is the best inn ever. However, the reason for the 4 stars is that it is a little far from the highway. Also, this is a typical ryokan in Mie that you definitely want to visit when you save up your money.

Please take this into account when choosing your accommodation. On that day, after visiting Ise-san, I went from Kashijima Station to the hotel at 3:00 pm, and there were only a few buses. When I ordered the private bath that I was looking forward to when I checked in, I was told that it was full, so I reluctantly agreed and went to the public bath. When I went to the public bath, it was reserved for private use. yeah? However, since there are two private baths and the duration is 6 hours, 12 groups and 24 or more people should be able to use it...I thought this was strange, so I went to the private bath site. One place is locked, and the other place is dry and appears to have not been used for a long time, and of course the light on the information signboard is not turned on, indicating that it is not in operation. Of course, there is nothing written in the details of the Y〇〇 Travel accommodation, there is no contact via email, and there is no notification that it can be used openly (false information). Immediately after checking, I went to the front desk at 17:00. ThenThe female staff member murmured and made some incomprehensible and inconsistent excuses, saying that even though she was fully booked, she would prepare the hot water to suit each customer. Isn't it weird that there are no signs of people using it even though it's been 2 hours since it was full of users? When I asked her, she ended up falling silent. I was lied to. I was shocked and went to my room. I thought the person in charge would give me an explanation later! There was no news that day. Leave it alone. The person in charge of this inn is terrible. So the next morning, I sent a message asking for an explanation, which must be great, so I went to work as usual and listened to the explanation. Another strange answer/excuse different from that of the staff on the day.The bath in the special room was out of order, and the customer was asked to use the private bath at a time of their choice instead, so they could use the private bath. There is no. Either way, either the front staff or the person in charge is lying. I'm just astonished. No apologies at all during this time. There will be something to say to the customer about not being able to use the private bath first! ? When I told Y〇〇Travel and 〇〇Com that I would report this as a fact, they told me twice with a disappointed look on their faces and asked me to go ahead with it (lol). And now that I have spent 80,000 yen, this is...・One thin towel in the room can also be used for the bathroom. Also, even though it was check-out time, only one person saw off several customers, and a middle-aged woman bowed with candy in her mouth (lol) Well, I feel like this employee is in charge. Of course, there is no one responsible for seeing you off. When this happened, I looked at the website the next day, and it said that the private bath was open without any incident! !Please note that even though the company is selling hot springs, it is no good to falsely state that some of the hot spring facilities cannot actually be used. This attitude. Please note that just because there is a photo or description does not mean it can be used! !

It was very relaxing. The rice was very delicious, and everything from the appetizer to the main course to the dessert was perfect. The food was definitely one of the best I've had on any trip so far. The welcome drink was a beer, which was a blissful moment for the driver. The view from the bath was good and I was able to take a relaxing bath. I was also grateful for the free drinks after the bath. It was a celebration of my parents-in-law's birthday, but I received a present and it became a good memory. Next time I want to bring my mother along with me!
