It is better to aim for Hotel Granvia first. You can walk through it from the department store. Then, pass by the front desk of Hotel Granvia and take the elevator to the 6th floor. The front is right in front of you. This part is difficult to understand. It's rare to find a place with a large public bath, which is nice. Shampoo is provided, but please bring your own lotion. There are toothbrushes and towels. It was available for 3,600 yen per night, and we stayed for 4 nights. If you use the public bath early in the morning, it will take a while for the shower to warm up, and the water will be hot. If it's late in the day or in the morning when the hot water is circulating, pour it in at the appropriate temperature.Thank you for your help.

Stayed on August 10, 2024.The entrance is in front of the 6th floor by the elevator in front of the front desk of Hotel Granvia in front of Wakayama Station. It's been about 10 years since I last stayed at a capsule hotel, and I often stayed in a cabin in Namba for a change of pace. I'm sure this used to be a cabin as well? This time I went with the cheapest capsule, but it was empty considering it was the first day of Obon, so I thought it would be enough for me to sleep, but after 10pm, I heard rattling and rumbling noises all around me. When I woke up in the morning, the room was full.Capsules cannot be locked, and standard rooms require you to organize your belongings on the bed, so it may not be suitable for people who are nervous. The man at the front desk was kind and lent me a USB outlet. Earplugs, razors, earphones, toothbrushes, and microwave ovens are also available near the front desk.I entered the women-only zone and immediately took a bath, but it was a private bath so I was able to relax. I felt thirsty after changing into my indoor clothes, but there were no vending machines for women only, so I had to endure it...By the way, there were 2 showers, a hair dryer, and 5 hair irons. No lotion or cleansing. It gets crowded at around 8am as women all wash their clothes and put on makeup. There is no common room or corner with a view of the night view for women (maybe men too?), so I think it would be better to use it just for sleeping or as a summer retreat during the day.

If you are taller than 175cm, this room will be too small to sleep in, but the location is right next to the station, which is very convenient and the price is reasonable.

Although it is a capsule, it is spacious and has a stretchy feel. The bathroom is spacious and nice, and the interior is also nice since it occupies part of the floor of a hotel and department store.Because it’s Wakayama, this quality seems possible at this price.

First capsule hotel for consecutive nights. What you need to decide is that it has a bathtub, and if it is a wide type, it has a table. It was more spacious than I expected, it was new, and the facilities were clean. On the first day, two people came in around 9 o'clock and we chatted freely in Chinese for a while. After that, the sound of baggage banging continued, and as expected, the capsule was noisy and I regretted it.However, the next day, there were more guests than the previous day and the area was almost full, but we were able to spend a quiet time without worrying about the noise. It is better to be prepared that there will be some mistakes. It's right next to the station, and they can store your luggage before and after check-in, so I'm sure I'll be able to use them again.

This is sufficient if you are traveling alone.More than a capsule hotel, less than a business hotel.

On Friday night, it was 4050 yen. There is a reception desk for S3 S3 on the 6th floor of Hotel Granvia. First-time visitors may be a little confused. The receptionist is also polite. Check in at 4pm.There is a locker in the private room with a lock, and there is plenty of room for valuables, computers, etc.Although the large public bath is small, there are 3 washing areas and the bath is clean. The washroom is also spacious enough for you to relax and get ready in the morning. Each private room is divided into capsules for one person. However, unlike the image of capsule hotels in Tokyo, it is spacious. Even if I stand at 174cm tall, my head will barely hit the ceiling and I can change clothes while standing.Clean, comfortable, and sufficient for short trips. All the hotels near Wakayama are expensive these days, so I think it would be great if there were more beautiful capsule hotels like this.it's recommended.
