It is attached to the roadside station Tarumizu Hamabira.Marriott affiliated hotel. It looks like a Marriott resort hotel. The interior is solid. It's convenient to be able to use the access key with the Marriot Bonvoy app.I don't know if it's all rooms, butBathroom - Shower room only.Bath mats are not replenished during clean room,I used a bath towel instead.Amenities are minimal, just a toothbrush, razor, and comb. There is no restaurant, so of course there is no breakfast provided. If dinner is early,There are several restaurants at the roadside station. You can use the Wa coffee server for free on the 1st floor.Alcohol sales and vending machines are available. There is a Family Mart next door which is convenient. There are terraces overlooking Sakurajima on the 1st and 4th floors. However, the price is comparatively a little higher than that of a business hotel, so the number of people staying there is reasonable. There's nothing special about being a Marriott member,At check-in, we were made to read many terms and conditions. If it's such a hassle, I'd rather stay at an APA hotel. andSometimes it makes me think.

Located behind Fairfield's only Family Mart, the parking lot is shared with Family Mart. The roadside station next door is also closed, even when it says it's open on its website, due to lack of enthusiasm. Fairfield is a roadside station with a shared destiny. There are terraces on the 4th and 1st floors of the 6-story building. The two women at the reception desk were polite. It's a standard Fairfield, but the cafeteria area on the first floor may be more complex than others. It takes about 2 hours from Kagoshima Airport (if you follow traffic rules) and seeing Sakurajima from the back is a spectacular view. You can see a side of Kagoshima that you didn't know about. The parking lot behind Fairfield's only Family Mart is shared with Family Mart. The roadside station next door is also not motivated, so it is already closed even during business hours on the website. A roadside station is a fairfield of the community of destiny. There is a terrace on the 4th and 1st floors of the 6-story building. Two receptionists politely accepted the reception. It's a standard fairfield, but the cafeteria area on the first floor may be more complicated than others. It takes about 2 hours from Kagoshima Airport (if you follow the traffic rules). It is also quite a superb view of Sakurajima from the back. You can see the unknown side of Kagoshima.

Even though it's next to a roadside station, which is unusual for Fairfield, it's hidden behind a Family Mart, so there's a long line of traffic to the entrance, and where's the parking lot? Or rather, it seems to be used as a Family Mart parking lot. It's about 2 hours from Kagoshima Airport. Is there anyone who comes here other than renting a car? It's a 6-story building with terrace seats on the 4th and 1st floors, and it's right in front of the sea, so it has the same atmosphere as Awajishima Higashi.Awaji Island is a good distance for visitors from Kansai and Shikoku to visit by private car, but Kagoshima requires about 2 hours to reach the city due to traffic congestion.

It takes about an hour and a half by car from Kagoshima Airport. It's so nice to be able to buy fresh fish and juicy burgers at the market next door and eat them in the comfort of your own room, and the view is amazing. There are also facilities for children to play.Even late at night, I get the impression that you can buy more Kagoshima-style food at the hotel's store (marketplace) than at the attached Family Mart.I think it would be a good base for exploring Minami-Osumi, which is rich in nature, but be careful about the business hours of the roadside station and market.(The pizza in the photo was bought at Norri Pizza and I ate it in the hotel lounge.)

Brand new hotel with a large terrace offering stunning views of Kagoshima and Sakurajima. The sunsets here are gorgeous, and it’s not too crowded either. There's a convenience store right downstairs and a few good restaurants within walking distance. This place is a hidden gem for a one- or two-night stay.
