I am a participant of JENESYS 2024 culture exchange program. Let me start with the views of the house. The house is surrounded by mountains and beautiful nature which made me feel like walking in the fairytale. Unlike downtown, it is so peaceful and quiet. I could spend my homestay days by enjoying the nature, cooking together, eating together and playing Japanese card games happily. The owner sister is so kind and she treated me like her own little sister. That's why, I feel like my real home during my homestay.

I spend two days of Home stay in here with my friends as participants of JENESYS 2024. It is a two-storeyed japanese style building, have a little garden decorated with stones in the middle of the yard. I love the peaceful vibe of living in there. It's a wonderful, unforgettable homestay experience for us. Cooking and eating together is really fun. I'm sure I will never forget the days in Kominka Tsugumi. <3

I stayed there on the night of the Kameoka Fireworks Festival. There were rice fields surrounding the inn, and you could see the mountains, so it was rich in nature. When you enter the inn, you can feel that the landlady has inherited the wishes of the previous residents and has carefully and carefully taken care of the property. It was a very comfortable stay, and although I stayed for one night and two days, I completely forgot about my busy daily life and was able to relax my mind and body.It was a relaxing time to talk with the hostess who was a good listener and always had a smile on her face no matter what I was talking about.I would definitely like to use it again.

I used it because I wanted to refresh myself from my noisy daily life. It is located 2-3 minutes from Kameoka Interchange. The parking lot is large and can accommodate several cars. It's an old folk house surrounded by countryside, and when I saw it from my car, I was so excited even before I arrived that I thought I'd be able to experience ``country life.''The building and garden (there are two!) are so large that it would be a waste to stay just one night. Next time I would like to stay overnight and relax. Each of the two gardens has its own personality, and just sitting on the veranda will make you feel soothed and sleepy. The kitchen is also retro-style, similar to what you see in Jiri's works, and I cooked my own meals using local vegetables and rice. I had a hard time deciding which of the two gardens I should look at while having breakfast. I need to take care of you again.Kameoka has many meat and vegetable direct sales shops, making it the perfect place for those who want to cook their own meals with fresh food! Also, there seem to be many bakeries, so next time I'll have Japanese or Western breakfast. I'm already worried. There are also wonderful temples and shrines nearby that would be crowded with tourists if they were in Kyoto City, and the expressway interchange is nearby, so you can use this as a base to go to popular tourist destinations such as Kyoto City and Miyazu. .Recommended for those who want to experience Kyoto in a different way.The landlady is also very kind. This season, I cooked both dinner and breakfast myself, but next time I'm planning to ask for a dinner plan.

Once inside, it was a nostalgic place that brought back memories of going to my grandma's house. There were many rooms, and every corner was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere. For dinner, I had Kameoka beef sukiyaki, which was my first time eating Kameoka beef and the seasoning of the sukiyaki was irresistible, and I was so impressed by how delicious it was that I could eat as much as I wanted. The owner was easy to talk to and very pleasant.Sometimes, it was a place where I wanted to escape from everyday life and come to be healed.

Nostalgic, like traveling back in timeIt was a very comfortable accommodation. The children were able to interact with an old building that looked like the one they see in the anime, and it was very interesting. The sukiyaki for dinner was also very delicious. The kids were fighting over it. lolThe owner also has a classy and calm atmosphere, and I enjoyed having a relaxing conversation with him.The vegetables in the dishes are also prepared by the owner.I could feel that they had taken care of their children, and that they had taken care of every corner of the inn.I would also like to come and visit you.

I am moved by the fact that the Murata Tile Shop, which I have been working at for almost half a century, has been reborn with vitality thanks to the thoughts of the young proprietress, Asami.Kominka Tsugumi has a landscape that we wish would remain in Japan and Kameoka. I would like everyone to experience this inn in the countryside, 20 minutes from Kyoto, where they can slowly enjoy their spiritual hometown. My personal recommendation is to meet the ``raccoon dog'' playing in the garden of the thrush. I participated in Konekone pottery. I'm a beginner, but I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent kneading the soil, feeling relaxed, and relaxing. The vessel was successfully completed. The space of an old folk house will also soothe you. Every corner has been carefully maintained, creating a cozy and warm space. The beautiful garden was also lovely.

I visited you at a workshop. When I arrived at Tsugumi, I was overwhelmed by how wonderful the house was. When I was shown inside, I was impressed by the clean rooms, the splendid tokonoma alcove, and the well-kept garden. The workshop participants were all drawn to the owner's personality, and I think this place will become like that. Their determination to protect the house that was passed down to them from their grandparents is amazing, and I would like to support them. This is an inn that you will want to visit again and again as it is a place where you can enjoy the changing scenery of each season.

Momoclo's concert was within walking distance, so I stayed there alone for one night.Since it was 2 DAYS, I was able to park there until the end of the next day.We have a large number of rooms, so please contact us if you would like to accommodate separate genders or families. (Sorry for being irresponsible)I wanted to use it with friends, so I checked to see if it was possible to have a barbecue, and they showed me the attached photo. That's enough. We are planning to do this together with a friendly host. There isn't much to do within walking distance, but I think it would be fun to have a BBQ or cook something in the large kitchen.I heard that there is a place nearby where you can play in the river.I think it's a good alternative to camping. There is no doubt that you will be able to relax in this calm old folk house.
