Overall it was a good stay. Although it is undeniably old, the room was renovated and clean. I loved the desk by the window in my room, and it was soothing to sit and look out. The bath was nice and the black hot water was slippery. It would be even better if there was an open air.

I decided to stay here because the food and hot springs were highly rated!○Guest roomHas it been renovated? Although it was on the city side, it was very beautiful!The rooms are also a good size.There were power outlets installed in multiple rooms, and sightseeing guidebooks were also provided in the room.○ServiceThe receptionist carefully guided me to my room. The attentiveness of the staff is really wonderful.When making a reservation, I requested about food allergies and breakfast times over the phone, and they gladly accommodated my requests. I really appreciate it.You can also reserve one private bath for free at check-in on a first-come, first-served basis.There are about 6 washing areas in the large public bath? There was only one indoor bath, but the hot spring had a unique slippery feel and I was able to relax in the gentle water.I think it was open until 11pm at night and from 6am in the morning. It was popular with many people coming in in the morning before meals.The private bath is the size of a barrel bath in the shape of a cute sea bream. It also has a washing area.It was warm compared to the public bath, so I was able to warm up enough in time.The water in the shower was hot and cold at times, but it didn't bother me much because the hot springs felt even better.If I had to make a request, it would be nice if you could rent some more towels since it's a nice hot spring.○MealsThe stewed golden sea bream was said to be the specialty, and it was fluffy, tender, and delicious.The staff recommended pouring the broth over the rice, and it was delicious!And the homemade pudding for dessert…it was so delicious! I wanted to buy it to take home. lolThey kindly offered me a meal instead, and I was full.Both breakfast and dinner were really delicious! It was great!○PlaceIt's less than 10 minutes walk from the sea.When I asked the staff, they told me the shortest distance!The location of Katsuura Choichi was also good, about 10 minutes each way.This is a wonderful inn that we would definitely stay at again when sightseeing in Katsuura. thank you very much!

Parking is cheap.All the employees are kind.It's a two-story building, but there's no elevator.Payment is in cash only.When the Sotobo Line passes through, there is a roaring sound.The door to my room rattles so much that I can't sleep at night.Wifi is not available due to the recent typhoon.The temperature of the hot spring water is low and you can stay in the bath for a long time.The food was luxurious, plentiful and very satisfying.The refrigerator in the room is not very effective.

The inn is in a great location for the summer, right in front of Katsuura Chuo Beach!However, the beach is canceled this year (2024)!disappointing!Still, the sand and coastline are soothing landscapes, and you can enjoy summer to the fullest by listening to the sound of the rippling waves, admiring the views, and soaking in the waves as you stroll along the beach.At Rinkaisou, the smooth black hot spring will soothe your tiredness!Black hot water that you rarely see.When you first see it, you'll be a little surprised, but once you soak it in, it will be smooth!It's smooth and you can stay inside it for a long time.It is no exaggeration to say that it is a black hot spring inn!The family bath shaped like a sea bream is fun and fun!The main dish at Rinkaiso is, of course, the seafood-based food!This time, I made a reservation because I wanted to try my favorite stewed red sea bream and spiny lobster.We chose a plan that included one Ise lobster and one exquisite boiled red sea bream for each person.This is so delicious that the rice progresses!All you can eat rice in a bowl!Delicious, delicious, filling, and very satisfying!The Kuroyu hot spring was also great!I thought I found a good place to stay!

It's definitely the best value for money. However, rather than using such cheap words, it is clear that this inn has put a lot of thought into how to please its guests within a limited budget.The delicateness of the food selection, the bath that gives you a sense of nostalgia, the sea of Katsuura that can be seen from the gallery, the casual and kind consideration of the staff who always have a smile on their faces, etc.This time I visited with my son, but next time I would like to visit with the whole family.

Great view from the room.The meal was also delicious, boiled golden sea bream. If you pour the broth over rice, you can eat as many bowls as you like. Hot springs will make your skin smooth. it's recommended.

The sea view from the room was amazing. If I may say something about the food, the amount of rice (ohitsu) that is the staple food is very small. This seems to be to avoid waste, but even though I asked for more when ordering a refill, I received a small amount (very disappointing). The bathing was average (no open-air bath) considering it was a large bath, and the bathing tax was not listed on the website but was subject to payment.
