Our family of four (two adults, one and a half year old, and five months old) rented it out.In conclusion, there are zero elements that I would like to repeat.・It was nice that they lent me a baby bath, but there was no crib, so I had to drag a towel on the floor to sleep.・There are no amenities, not even tissues. The shower in the washroom doesn't work well (Isn't this quite stressful?)・The cypress bath was very fragrant (although small)・The new open-air area was nice and clean.・However, there was only one hot bath that could accommodate two people (the other was a cold bath), and there was no open-air bath that could accommodate four people. It is said that it is very difficult to use because there are many things that can be overlooked from a male perspective, but are worrisome when viewed from a female perspective. So, I won't visit again because it doesn't match the price (by my wife).Since it is a local facility, we support it with high expectations.

I googled "one-day hot springs" and popped in, and it turned out that reservations were required. This is a type of day-trip hot spring where you rent out the bath at a ryokan for an hour, and it is mostly used by couples and families. The inn had a great atmosphere and was fully booked. Even though I didn't take a bath, I gave it a 4 star rating because the guests who walked in didn't make any unpleasant faces and guided me around carefully. I had to wait for 3 hours to take a bath, so I decided to take the next opportunity.I repeat, this is a day trip hot spring, but reservations are required.

It was a walk-in on a Sunday afternoon, but I was lucky enough to get a private reservation. Since there were no other customers, I was able to relax and play as much as I wanted. One set takes 60 minutes, so if you can do two sets, you'll probably be able to relax.

I rented it for a day trip with my toddler and baby. The indoor bath, washing area, cypress bath, open-air bath, sauna, changing room, and bath space are all reserved for private use, so you can use it luxuriously and spaciously. It's old, so I was definitely concerned about the aging and dirtiness of the equipment, the poor shower flow, and the smell of half-dried clothes in the changing room, but the hot spring smelled of sulfur and was pleasant. The open-air area was particularly spacious and the children enjoyed it.Since I visited during the busy holiday period, it was a little expensive at 3,000 yen per adult, and the usage time was about 50 minutes (there is no separate time for changing with the next customer). However, if you want to take a sauna, you may not have enough time. Also, the indoor bath is spacious, but the cypress bath and the open-air bath are small, so if you take them at the same time, you'll probably only be able to accommodate two infants and two adults. By the way, I only took a quick bath in the cypress bath, but the cypress scent was so pleasant that I wanted to soak in it even more...I don't have time to enjoy the bathing fee, but is it unusual? It was fun because it was a private event!

My family and I have always talked about it, but this time we finally got to go.I went at a good time because it was the season for Nanjamonja (Hitotsubata octopus), which appears in Japanese folk tales.I was worried about the foot wiping mat I saw in the reviews, but it wasn't that bad.The bath looked like a sulfur spring, but the smell was not harsh and the quality of the water was soft, making it very pleasant. The food was a catered bento box as shown in the photo, which also included bamboo shoots and wakame soup, chawanmushi, and tempura of yuba and wild plants.I think it would be better if the foot wipes were replaced with a leftover thread mat and replaced every time.I want to go again!
