■Postscript■The only good thing about this hostel was that the food was delicious. The people at the inn were unfriendly, the building was old, and personally, the only thing I thought was the food was great. When I looked into whether to stay there for the first time in a while, I found that they only had a room-only plan. I was curious so I called. Then, he said, ``Currently, we are only staying overnight without meals, and there are no plans to resume cooking.'' I wanted to ask him why, but he was so unfriendly and I didn't want to talk about it any further, so I hung up immediately. I will never visit again. Also, I have changed my rating from 5 to 2 because of the poor telephone response and the fact that meals will not be available again in the future.■P.S. So far June 2024■When I go on a trip, I often stay at hotels where the buildings are run-down, they put a lot of effort into cooking, and the lodging costs are not expensive.This is one such inn.Although my experience is poor, it was the best in the Kanto area for this class of accommodation.The overall seasoning is light, with the soup stock working well.The beef stew is also tender and delicious.If I had to say, the problem is that there are so many side dishes that it becomes overwhelming.Breakfast was also delicious with large dried horse mackerel.Another advantage of this inn is that it is within walking distance from the station.It is close to Katsuura morning market.The downside is that the building is old (it doesn't feel unclean).The room was filled with the smell of the air freshener (I immediately put a lid on the air freshener because it smelled bad).The toilet is old.The bathroom has been renovated, so it's not as old as the toilet.Mr. Nakai is a bit unfriendly and the rooms are run down, so I can't recommend this place to people who are looking for those things, but I highly recommend it to people who just want to eat delicious food at a cheap price.

Other than the small toilet, it was pretty good! The rice was delicious and plentiful!

It was neither good nor bad.If the bath is empty, you can use it for private use.We were served so much food that we couldn't even eat it! (It was a little cold)When I went to sleep, the light from the hallway leaked into my room and I couldn't sleep, so I tried to block the light with a futon and went to sleep.

The rice is delicious. The volume is also perfect. Eat in a private room. The building is an old-fashioned guesthouse with a retro Showa era feel. You can see the sea from the window. There are stain marks on the wall. The bath is locked and you can freely use it for private use when it is vacant. The bathtub is about the same size as four unit baths, so you can soak in it comfortably. There are only shared toilets. There are separate urinals and toilets for men, but the toilet room is quite small. It also smells like ammonia. The price is cheap, so if you can put up with the old building and communal toilets, I think you'll be very satisfied.

The variety of dishes is amazing!This time, with the purpose of using the prefectural discount, I mainly looked for an inn that had a good selection of food.The rooms and facilities are a normal guesthouse, but all the food is delicious and the portions are very large. I wonder if anyone can eat it all (lol)The location is convenient as it is close to the morning market venue.

To put it bluntly, it is a Showa era inn✨The toilet is also shared~😀The rice is amazing 😋Please refrain from staying if you like resort hotel-like accommodations 😂It's a wonderful place that resembles a downtown apartment from the Showa era.

I've been using it for 3 years in a row. The building is old and doesn't seem to have much energy, but the food is very delicious. It's good that there are no merchants.

If you're going to the morning market, I recommend this place.
