There was no front desk staff when we checked in on the first day, so we had to find the coffee shop clerk downstairs to take us into the room. After I put my luggage away and went shopping and came back, my opened luggage had been taken to another room because the coffee shop clerk gave me the wrong room. Then when I went to bed in the afternoon, the landlady kept knocking on the door, just to apologize to the employee for giving me the wrong room and to offer beer as an apology. During the four days and three nights I stayed, I never saw the landlady or the cleaning staff again. I couldn't ask any questions. No one helped clean the trash can in the room. It even turned rainy the day after it snowed. There were no umbrellas available at the front desk to borrow. I arrived during the day. I couldn't borrow one from the coffee shop, so when I finally came back from dinner and didn't have to go out, a few umbrellas were placed at the front desk. By the way, although the equipment is very new, the sound insulation is not good. You can hear the music playing in the cafe after six o'clock in the morning. The price is very high, the location is very good, the rooms are new, and there are free washing machines and dryers. The bathing space is a bit small.
