I often visit Azumino, but this was my first time visiting.I had a great time in a room where I could feel the hospitality and attention to detail.I enjoyed the taste and appearance of the food, and everything was great.

I stayed here for one night with my husband at the end of July.The beauty of the land in Azumino and the kindness of the owners gave me a peaceful stay.You could feel that each dish was carefully prepared, and both breakfast and dinner were really delicious.I also liked the tea in the room and the casually decorated paintings (Matisse?).Due to my travels, I stayed at a different hotel the next day, but I think I should have gone home and soaked in the afterglow of une petite maison.As the name suggests, it is a small maison, so if you want to relax in a spacious room, you may want to use the restaurant.This is a hotel that I would recommend to my close friends and loved ones. I wish I could go again.

It was mainly vegetables, and the quantity was just right, making it the most delicious dish. We were the only customers and were able to enjoy our meal slowly.The dinner course cost around 6,000 yen including drinks, and I was satisfied.This is a store that I would like to visit every season.

The dishes are reasonably priced for creative French cuisine, and all dishes are made with Azumino vegetables and are delicious.They also have non-alcoholic cocktails with combinations that you won't find anywhere else, and the Hyuga summer and lavender drink was a top pick!The only thing I would like to see improved is the wet towels, and maybe it's just mine, but I was concerned about the smell (scent of half-dried towels), so I felt like they should take care of that.

French cuisine that brings out the flavor of the ingredients. It was so delicious that it was a waste to eat it all.The room we stayed in had a calm atmosphere, and the towels and bed linens were fluffy and comfortable.I feel the attention to detail that goes into each and every item.The customer service and attentiveness of the owner and his wife are also pleasant.I felt a consistent concept from the accommodation to the food, and was able to spend a relaxing and wonderful time.I would love to visit again.

[Tokyo in Nagano / Stylish / Nice seasoning and appearance / Relaxing lunch while warming up on the stove] I had a lunch for 3000 yen, but it was very cost-effective and I wonder if it can be this cheap? That's what I thought.🔸InteriorIt's very elaborate and nice. It has a sense of unity and good taste. The music was at a good volume and had a tone that matched the interior, making it relaxing. It's a small thing, but there is a heater in the bathroom, which I thought was very nice. It's really cold in Nagano at this time of year, so I appreciate this kind consideration. There was also a nice stove, so it was warm and we had a great time.🔸FoodAll of the dishes were tastefully presented in elaborate and tasteful ways that you wouldn't be able to eat at home. The plate was also a wonderful vessel that you could feel the attention to detail.🔸Customer serviceI received good customer service and was able to spend a relaxing time. The chef also came out to say hello when I was leaving.

Well, if you don't know the taste of other nearby French restaurants like Bonbi or Chesaito, you might be satisfied.As someone who knew him, I can't shake the feeling of regret. There's a poor balance between the restaurant's setup, taste, and service. Of course, this is a comparison of the lunch I had today.As a lunch course, the way the main meat was grilled and processed was sloppy. The sauce was good though. Dessert was slow and tasted good but lacked glamour. Overall lack of satisfaction and fullness. It's not bad, but it's not good either. Even if you raise the price, think about the balance of the course!

A French restaurant that uses organic ingredients.I enjoyed the many dishes that made the best use of the ingredients.The drinks were also delicious.The quality of the ingredients is similar to what you would find at an organic vegetable shop in front of Hotaka Shrine.(High quality and slightly high price)I had a similar good impression to the bon vivant and evangelism that left an impression on me when I first entered the restaurant when it first opened.If you are interested, I think this is a store you should visit at least once.

Although it is French, it uses local ingredients, and is a highly satisfying dish that is loved by men and women of all ages. The two of us had 6 drinks, which was surprisingly reasonable. It is said that the restaurant is run by a husband and wife team, and I was truly comforted by the hospitality of the wife, who is the chef, handles customer service, and handles multiple roles, including accounting.
