Hair was found on the toilet seat and on the bus.It felt very unsanitary. I tried to call the front desk on the 1st floor using the phone in the room, but I couldn't get through.I will never go there again. The walls are falling apart and I would like them to be renovated.

If you are looking for accommodation, it is especially good for people who value the following three points. Other than that, it looks old and retro, and the price makes it a bad thing.・Location・View・I like the atmosphere of Heisei retro and vaporwaveThe front desk staff was polite and courteous. The breakfast buffet doesn't seem particularly elaborate. The following are the points that caught my attention. We stayed on the 17th floor.・The interior is retro30th anniversary. As mentioned in other reviews, there are quite a few scratches on the desk etc. I can't help but feel that it looks like something you'd find at a privately run, quirky thrift shop. As someone who has stayed many times in renovated properties in business hotels and apartments that cost around 5,000 yen per night, I was surprised. Does this mean that it has a good taste? I really liked the mattress on the bed. Not too soft and just the right amount of elasticity.・The air conditioner is oldOnly the temperature and air volume can be adjusted, but it is a typical type that just has an air outlet at the entrance of the bedroom. I wonder if the heating and cooling switches automatically depending on the temperature. At about 23 degrees it says COOL, but when it gets to 25 degrees it says HOT. It's good because it's not centrally managed, but at this price I was disappointed. What is Reiwa Royal?・Unit bathBath and toilet are not separate. However, the bathtub is spacious and even 172cm people can stretch their legs, so it's good.・Charging equipmentI'm sure they'll lend you one if you ask, but they don't come with a tap with a USB terminal (there is a USB tap, but you have to use your own cable).・SmellDue to convenience, it became a smoking room. I've never noticed this when I've stayed in smoking rooms (old Bijiho, Toyoko, etc.) on bullet trips, but here I could smell cigarettes all the way until I checked out. Why is it so ingrained? Ventilation is required.・Buffet contentsThere are many kinds. The taste is pretty average. For an extra 3,000 yen, the taste is a bit too ordinary, so there is a theory that they are competing on quantity. It didn't seem like Kiji pasteurized the milk. There doesn't seem to be any tertiary grapes. I realized how great Toyoko Inn is. It might be good for people who are big breakfast eaters.・AmenitiesThe shampoo and other products were from Kao for business use, and my hair was well tidied up. In any case, it's not like Mikimoto at this price. Toothpaste is domestically produced. I think the hair dryer is about 4,000 yen from ionity. For skin care, there is disposable Sekkisei. This is Good・Check-in and check-out designYou just need to be given a card key and you can get water or coffee from the front desk. It looks like a business hotel, but there are no automatic payment machines. On the other hand, when checking out, all you have to do is put the key in the box. I would say it's odd. . . As mentioned above, there is a question mark.I came here because I was traveling with a somewhat elderly family because it was in the best location. However, this is a bit surprising since it is a long-established hotel that only serves the local area, but this is a royal chain that can be seen here and there in regional cities (this was my first time using Rihga Royal). It may be harsh to compare it with the Mitsui Garden Hotel in Minato Mirai, Yokohama, which was built 1-3 years ago (almost the same price, gym and pool included, hair dryer ReFa, less than 3 years old), but at this price I was surprised. I stayed at a 20-year-old renovated business hotel on Hondori, about a 7-minute walk from here, where I stayed for 5,000 yen a night six months before staying here, and the toilet, air conditioner, bath, and refrigerator all looked new and didn't smell like new. However, the scenery is quite nice, and the Heisei retro feeling is amazing, making it a valuable place to reminisce about the early Heisei Royal of the early 1990s. Access is the best in class. I guess the price is around all of these. I think it would be great for a banquet.
