I made a reservation right away because it had good reviews on Google, but I was very surprised when it arrived. There is a subway about 20 meters away next to the building. All vibration noise enters the room. It's hard to get a good night's sleep because the train runs past 11 p.m. and 5 p.m. I think it would be a good idea for people who make reservations to look at Google and keep this in mind. I went there because I heard there was a parking lot, but it is a public coin parking lot that requires a 100 meter walk. I parked after 6pm and checked out at 9:30am, but the fee was 1,200 won. I paid in advance, but tax upon arrival? Additional cash was paid.

I contacted them near noon that day to see if I could stay overnight. They were kind and courteous, and we stayed here with a toddler with a disability, a young child, and a female guardian, and this is the first time I've felt so safe and comfortable staying at a guesthouse. It was quite late for dinner, and I couldn't leave my luggage there yet, so when I emailed him the location for dinner, he tried to pick me up, and even though I was able to get into the restaurant smoothly, he served me two dishes. I had to wait for 60 minutes, and for the first Ochazuke I ordered, I had to wait for over 100 minutes.I wonder if it was because Ichigen was from another prefecture. Even though I had to wait much longer than expected, the owner of the inn followed up on the situation at the store in Kyoto. The reason why my unpleasant feeling was healed and my trip turned into a fun one was because the owner and the room were nice. I would like to come to Kyoto to stay here again.

A nice B&B, suitable for group family travel. It feels like living in the local area. It would be perfect if there is a cherry blossom tree or maple tree in the backyard.

I stayed through airbnb in December 2019, but I couldn't find it on GOOGLE at that time. This is a good B&B with high CP value. The room is clean, with complete cooking equipment and a washing machine. There are 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets in the whole house. As a family, we don't have to wait in line for a long time to take a shower or use the toilet like staying in a hotel. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the subway station and 2 minutes to the bus station, which is very convenient. The staff are very friendly and the response speed on the booking platform is also very fast. If you ask in Chinese, they will also answer in Chinese, which is very good.I would stay there again.

It's newly built and beautiful. There is a large bath and two toilets on the first floor, and each bedroom also has a unit bath, so you can stay comfortably even if you stay with multiple families or groups of friends. The living room is spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with the utensils you need for cooking. I felt it was more convenient than a hotel if I was staying for several nights. It is close to the station and has good access from Kyoto Station. There is a famous ramen restaurant in Kyoto (Shinpuku Saikan) near this inn, and you can eat here without having to wait in long lines, so it's a hidden gem that we recommend.
