There is a very high-quality space that feels like a resort area, without giving you the feeling that you are in Kichijoji. The service is spot on. Repeat.

It's okay.

I wish they explained during the checkin process at the hotel that if you register to become a (free) member to the Comfort Membership, you get to enjoy the guest lounge services (free OJ, beers, wines, snacks, etc.) as well as 20% off of a dinner menu at their restaurant if you show that you are staying there. Very unkind. Otherwise, the room was nice and clean.

Despite this being a non-smoking hotel, our room and hallway unmistakably smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. I’m an experienced traveler and don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a hotel that smelled this badly before. It was so bad that I was getting a headache from the smell.When we raised the concern to the staff, they suggested maximizing the air purifier setting and deodorizer spray, which helped a little, or maybe we just got used to the smell over time. They said the hotel was busy and didn’t want to let us switch rooms. (Honestly, we didn’t see that many other guests there, which makes me skeptical that it was really that booked)Another con is that they claim to be eco-conscious to offer a downgraded cleaning service, but the room didn’t even come with a recycling bin.Other than this, the staff was fine and nice enough.The free breakfast was sad and we did not return after the first time.The room itself was fine for a 3 star hotel, but could use a deep cleaning.Location was fantastic and close to everything.

It's a very beautiful hotel, where you can forget about everyday life, refresh yourself and take a rest, or concentrate on work.There is also a rental office when work is busy, and Comfort Members also has a lounge where you can relax on weekdays.I think the beauty, cleanliness, amenities, and kindness are all wonderful.I am concerned about the following1. There are few restaurants/food repertoire is small.All the meals are too large and too expensive.I want snacks and reasonable meals in reasonable amounts.2. The level of kindness of the front desk staff is honestly a matter of luck or bad luck. This is a front gacha. If you're lucky, you'll meet really nice people. Most of the staff are nice, but...Speaking of directing, there are times when I wonder if they really care about their customers...3. The room is not properly air conditioned! There was a room that was unbearably smelly and smelled like urine, and there was a constant smell of ammonia like urine...I cleaned it myself.Since this is a beautiful and elegant hotel, I would like them to pay attention to details such as making sure to thoroughly remove odors and out of sight.4. Honestly, sometimes the coffee tastes like it has been brewed for a long time, and it tastes bad and bitter.Coffee represents the level of the store.I want them to always be fresh and retain their delicious flavor.I think it's basically a great hotel.always makes me want to goA nice elegant hotel
