I asked over the phone on the same day, and they readily agreed. I am grateful.I stayed overnight with my kids without meals while walking the Kumano Kodo. I think the location is easy to find. The nearby supermarket was surprisingly large and open until 9pm, which was convenient.We were allowed to use the washing machine for free. There is no dryer, but you can hang it to dry, so it was dry in the morning.There are no toothbrushes or towels, so bring your own. There is a water server for rice and water.

I had called to make a reservation, but when I called, I was told that the reservation had not been made, and was refused without any sign of being offended.When I made the reservation over the phone, the person who answered the call was a man.I thought it was a little suspicious, so I double-checked the date and time, but my bad feeling came true.After making a reservation over the phone, it is dangerous to stay at an inn if you do not confirm the reservation by fax or mail.Also, Owase City doesn't have a lot of accommodations during the beach season, so on the days before holidays, all the accommodations are full, so there's nothing you can do about it.As I was putting my phone away in front of the inn, I felt really disappointed when I heard laughter coming from the inn.

When I arrived and went to the reception desk, I was flatly refused, saying that no reservations had been made. What's more, the customer service came from behind the reception desk without even showing me, so I didn't feel any sincerity at all. This is an inn where you need to reconfirm your reservation the day before.
