Grocery store guy's holiday ~ To Funatocho, Saiki City ♪Mr. Hirakawa, former editor-in-chief of #SaikiAmabeTaberu Tsushin, was invited by @hirapaaaaagram to run a seafood processing company in Yonezuzu, Saiki City. With Mr. Shotaro Watanabe of [Yamaro Watanabe Co., Ltd.]Kiyokazu Miyawaki of [Marusan Store Ltd.] @marusanstoreShichi classroom lecture and food event welcoming two people from Shichi as guests.[DEEP YONOUDU]I was able to participate from Oita City♪Since I was there after work, I ended up joining in the middle, but I was listening to Mr. Miyawaki from Marusan Shoten, who was sitting at the same table as me, talking about #Nazuna, which collaborated with #Golden Sardines, their main product, just for this occasion. I received a whole dried fish made with salt♪Every time I took a bite, I groaned at the deliciousness of the golden sardines, which were thick and covered with fat.“It’s delicious.”"It's still delicious."Every time I bring it to my mouthIt was just the best♪Marusan Shoten's golden sardines can also be purchased at Saiki's @saiki_uminoichiba_maru #Umi no Ichiba Maru (this time's Nazuna Salt collaboration round dried sardines are undecided), so be sure to pick them up and experience their deliciousness. I want it, it’s the best♪#YamaroWatanabe's ``Sea bream carpaccio'' which has been frozen in brine has a rich and concentrated flavor that makes it taste like an aged fish.It was the first time I tried it, and the freshness and acidity of the plum went so well with it. I was impressed by the idea of Hiroko Someya of Nato Deputy Editor-in-Chief Slow Cafe Chagura♪As soon as we started eating, everyone in the room fell silent and the whole room started digging into the scene."Sautéed grunt, zucchini, and ginseng leaves"Of course, the grunt was in season and extremely fresh, so it was the best, but as a greengrocer's guy, it was the best zucchini I've ever eaten in my life. From the moment I put my teeth into the zucchini, the umami juices of the zucchini overflowed and it was amazing.I was moved to realize once again that freshness and farmland are directly connected to the deliciousness of vegetables. It was probably the best I've ever had such luxurious hand-rolled sushi."Brown rice hand-rolled sushi"Deep-flavored sea bream from Watanabe Son and [Hoyomaru] @shirasu_houyoumaru's moist and spicy whitebait ♪ Asparagus farmer Hato's strong earthy flavor of #pigeonparagus seaweed Slow Café Chagura's brown rice and vinegared rice is made with seaweed from #Aizawa Fisheries in Miyagi Prefecture and has a gentle sourness and flavor that wraps all the ingredients in a wonderful harmony.Lastly, I received the Ino tea from Chiko Hieda of #Hieda Tea Garden, which has a clear, gentle sweetness that leaves a lasting impression in your mouth♪The pairing for all the dishes is from the liquor store Shiotsuki-kun in Kamae [Liquor Mart Shiotsuki] @liquormart_shiotsuki It's Shiotsuki-kun here too! That's what I thought lolThank you very much for allowing me to participate from Oita City in this wonderful gathering of such passionate and passionate people.I was able to realize once again the richness of Oita's ingredients.AlsoI would like to express my gratitude to everyone involved in thisthank youandThank you, Mr. Hirakawa, for reaching out to me.Thank you very much♪

There are some reservation-only meals and some that can be eaten without reservations, but we recommend making reservations at least one day in advance. This dish uses plenty of seasonal vegetables from circulation farming (a farming method based on pesticide-free and chemical-free fertilizers), and does not use any sugar or chemical seasonings! !Enjoy the food in a relaxed and relaxing atmosphere, and enjoy the deliciousness of the food! ! This is my favorite shop ^^They also run an inn, so it's nice to stay overnight and enjoy this charming and elegant space ^^The owner is also a nice lady♪♪I love Ghibli, so we had a really heated discussion (lol)The store has a variety of original Nausicaa books and other books recommended by the owner ^^

It's a beautiful historic Ryokan in a significant part of Saiki, near a large, old shrine. The cafe collocated is run by lovely people and their offerings are delicious as well as very healthy. If you get at chance to stay at the Ryokan - do. Or if you are in Saiki and would just like a healthy meal served by friendly people, I can recommend it
